Courgette Slices
Cherry Tomatoes
Mix Sweet Peppers
Onion
Green Coriander
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Peri Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Cheese as choice
Cream as required

Oven Preheat first
Oven Bake Time half an hour
Oven Gas mark 6 or 200 C
