Oh soooo good. I made the Roasted Veggies with chickpeas. Didn't have quite enough cauliflower so I added parsnips. This was a meal for me. Thank you for sharing your recipes.

Love your videos, so calming, no unnecessary chatter, and gorgeous healthy food in the end! Can we add more pepper to the second recipe to activate the curcumin in the turmeric. Second recipe is great for fighting against breast cancer as it includes the cruciferous and allium🧅🧄 food groups! Bravo. Thank you. These are both beautiful. I often roast with olive oil and seasonings, but it didn't occur to me to combine everything into a sort of marinade. Question -- does it help to leave the vegetables to soak up the marinade before baking?
Hi! Thank you. Marinating may cause the vegetables to release it’s water, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Unless, you add the salt towards the end, just before baking.
I love to watch you cook, thanks so much for your videos! I only have the problem that I cannot eat any onions (including leeks). Would you happen to have a vegetarian or vegan recipe without onions? I know that is a very specific request, so maybe you won't have time to comply, since you will probably receive many other request, and - naturally - that is okay. Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany!
Hi! Jumping in, hope you don’t mind. I would say: just omit the onions and maybe add another vegetable instead. If you have IBS, I have been told many people can tolerate chives even if they can’t eat onions and leeks, but I would add them later or during the serving. Best of luck to you! 🌞
Zucchini, I’d say? 🌞 Mushrooms also often have the spongey texture. And softer pumpkins… I usually just toss in what I have and like, in dishes like these, so you’re likely to succeed whatever you go with. Hope you don’t mind me jumping in - and best of luck cooking! 🌞
Mam saw this video now and liked it very much one small doubt can I steam the vegetables partially and then go as per your way of doing? that way I feel there will be some amount of softness in the veggies instead of being fully crunchy think it over please post your comment thanks god bless you and your family
I made the first one and everything came out soggy. Like there was a puddle of juice at the bottom of the pan. I even cooked it extra long. I am not sure what I did wrong. It tasted decent tho but nothing like what the video shown.

Videos are nice. Spices are very limited. You need to add different spices otherwise it is bland. That is my opinion.
