Hey I know this is few years after this video was made mine doesn’t turn the flame on it just makes a sound and smells I’m I doing something wrong ?
Hello. Is the groove in the canister facing up when closing the latch? That's the only thing I could think of. Unless there is a fault in the unit

Do you remove the canister , when you store it ?
Yes I store it with the canister, I just make sure it is on release👍
How long does it last
It's all dependent on how high you turn up the heat.. but I get about just over an hour of cooking time
