    Very nice 👍 and very bright lights Wow 😮. That’s a optimal location for those switches.
    Question: If you didn’t use your own switches does the light bar and cubes come with their own switches or are the lights from the factory setup where it’s a plug and play type of connection to the auxiliary switches that are inside the Jeep? Also if someone didn’t want to cut the wires to make them shorter is that Ok ? Thanks 🙏

    The grommet in the video was pushed out and you ran the wires under it. Is it still like that or did you push the grommet back into place? I ran a wire by poking a hole through the grommet with a wire hanger but it was a pain. I'm planning to run more wires through it and was wondering how you did yours.

    Be,
    I have the same RC cube lights and Artec brackets. The Artec brackets are thicker than the bracket supplied with the RC cubes. The nut does not fit between the channels due to the Artec brackets are thicker. I see you talked about being patient, but they do not fit with the supplied screw and nut. Please explain. Did you use different nuts? And if so, did they tighten down strong enough to hold the lights in place?

    • @benanton2619
      @benanton2619  5 років тому

      I used what it came with, it tightened down enough to hold them sturdy in place, maybe you’ll have to use a different type of nut

    my JL has the for jewelry button so I don't need any of those wires used hook right up to the switches you should have got that feature it's a lot better than Ryan all the wire to the battery half the time hooking it up just go to the main auxiliary switches. Really surprised you didn't get those on there

    • @benanton2619
      @benanton2619  5 років тому +1

    Dope it looks really bright . I’m guessing you are not going to fold the windshield down anymore. Did you use the main battery or the tiny hidden battery to wire your lights . I heard there is a smaller battery hidden over the passenger front wheel not exposed to the naked eye . Not joking at all ... idk just asking because it sounds interesting.

    • @benanton2619
      @benanton2619  5 років тому +1

      I used the main battery, I never even heard of the hidden one, I’ll check it out! But no I will not be folding the windshield down anymore. A cool feature for sure but that’s why I made the “driving with the windshield down” video before I did the hood lightbar

      So I was looking all over and found where I had seen the second battery it was on Jeep informants channel it’s titled “jeep aux battery “ so I’m assuming if you have the factory aux switch you have two and if not you have only one battery maybe ? Makes sense

    If you like to shift gears then shift gears I'll put it in D and go and now they're handing out any recalls on the transmission I haven't seen any mine's fine I have no problems I put it in drive and go. Your clutch will go out sooner or later. I've had no problems with mine. So in the video where you install the the rear cargo light you talk bad about people that install Cube lights but yet you put some on yourself. Every Jeep I’ve ever owned has been manual, and most every car. I personally enjoy driving standard, also there has been 3 recalls already on the new 8 speed auto since they released it, and manuals have had 0. The crawl ratio in the manuals also gets a boost from the autos 77:1 to a 84:1 because of the different gearing. I enjoy the challenge of driving manual off road, but hey... some people just like the “D” 🙃
