Notice how this expert always under values the seller compared to other experts who sometimes go more. I literally can’t think of a single time he’s gone over what the seller initially asked
I kind of agree, alot of experts will get close to what they asked. I have also noticed that he is always coming in signifigantly lower, does make me feel like they tell him what they offered initialy.
This is exactly why I always hate when they ask the seller how much they want before the “expert” comes in.

The frame is worthless. A thousand dollars for jordan's signature alone is a fair price. The shoes are originals, but they're a retail pair, so $500 for them is way more than fair. $1500 for everything is a more than reasonable price. These aren't game worn player exclusives signed by Jordan. Its a retail baby pair and picture signed by Jordan. Without the signature he would be hard pressed to even get $150. The seller did not get robbed. In fact I believe the shop over paid by $400.

I live in Las Vegas and bought a signed terminator 2 pic with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, and Edward furlong for 650$. I also have a signed matrix poster by Keanu Reeves I paid 200$ for.
