Bet Gary happy now he didn't sell to Rick 🤣
Going to pawn stars is a win win. He marketed his collections for sure.
just about to say, collection has to be worth millions.
WOWEE!

This is quite possibly one of the biggest financial mistakes Rick ever made to date

Yep.
Would’ve made at least bare minimum 800 mil with this collection.
It is, but at least Rick is adamant enough to admit it’s not his area of expertise. He’s not gonna buy something he’s not even remotely interested in

Rick is so unprofessional about this whole transaction. He's basically mocking the customer the whole time because he doesn't understand his collection and is just straight up condescending towards him. What poor customer service.
EDIT: I have no idea why people are suddenly replying en masse to this 2 year old comment...

Nearly all of Rick’s biggest loses are modern collectibles that Chum was begging him to get. Seems like he would learn by now.
Nah it's impossible to learn old "dogs" news tricks. He did his biggest failure there.
People thinking this is not a prepared show... The guy already stated this was prepared and he didn't want to sell his collection. He says the cards costs more and more on every video taking advantage of the exposure and influence so the prices for his cards grew as people believed on him.
This guy is just a very smart speculator.
“It’s a game 8 yr olds play”

That ain’t all the truth
It's a show, he do that just for the cam xd
He was definitely playing up for the camera man. He knows exactly what Pokemon is and how it's pronounced.
We gotta give it to Rick about how he maintains his professionalism by not putting his hands on what he doesn't fully grasp the value of.
Yeah, but chums knows. If they saw the video of logan paul buying the rarest pokemon cards they regret that they did not buy those cards.
@@charanko6230 no ways. If Rick doesn't know, then he doesn't know. Sure he missed possible millions in sales, but he has a business full of collectables that is sold world wide.
