I'm a midwestern guy, and I was lucky enough to be in the building for this game. Tickets were super expensive, and we got tickets in the upper area, but Stubhub sold the same ticket to two people, so we were kicked out of the building. We were so pissed, but the guard told us to go across the street to the stubhub place and they might be able to do something. So we did, and Stubhub really hooked it up. We got tickets to the bottom area, pretty damn close to the floor. We were surrounded by different Lakers players and celebrities, and got to see Kobe drop 60. It was one of the most incredible moments i've ever experienced in my life! The atmosphere was electric from beginning to end! It was a huge party!

Kobe at age 37 recovering from a torn achille's in his mid 30's in his last game, was better than 99% of healthy 25 year old players at any game in their career. Absolute legend. In a better place now.

Watching this with some emotional problem right now in 2024. This was heartbreaking. An icon was gone and no one can replace him.
