It was the band’s way of saying “Thank You” to New York. @@stansvass5230 lol it reminds me of hank williams can't you see.
Love love love, the best band ever 😍
Best Band ever
The beauty, delicacy, thunder and power of the great Led Zeppelin.
You summed them up without question.
God gave us Earth heaven and Zeppelin🎸😁
OMG who wants to see this live?
Would die to do it 🎸💥
John Baldwin, the glue that held Zeppelin together. Good Lord listen to Page's solo! Fucking beautiful. Bonham playing like a man possessed and Plant's voice sounded perfect.
Wow! You know John Paul Jones' real name! Look at you!
@@kwmusic4560 Just a habit. I think since it's his actual name, he should get credit for it.
@@Colstonewall John Richard Baldwin 👍👍👍
John Bonham
@@kwmusic4560 hahaaa IKR, wow is he special!!!
圧倒的過ぎます。美しい…。
Thank you guys for these years and still loving it and thank you Mr Baldwin
DEFINITELY a Time-Capsule performance right there.
Only once in 2011 I heard for the first this magic voice in live performance. Love it from 1973...
Nadie nunca ha llegado a este nivel musical y les hago un spoiler nadie nunca lo hará, son incomparables The GOATS
Wow blown away what a version ❤😊
They were operating on all 4 “cylinders “ for this performance! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
This is amazing, why isn't this on TSRTS album, it's so good. Thank you for this
I think Jimmy wore a different outfit that night when playing that song, which probably could have caused discontinuity in the TSRTS movie, maybe that's why it's not even remastered on the album. However, I don't see why not include it, it's a superb version of Thank You :)
@@dakalbino that’s funny when you look at JPJ who actively wore different clothes because he thought it all was so ridiculous 😂
@@dakalbino this is definitely not the case, because all three shows are used in different parts of the movie (e.g rnr being 7/27, and celebration day being from 7/28)
@@dakalbinomaybe because they only played it this one night and only had one take
@@dakalbino the movie i understand but atleast have it on the album!
Wow! Just unbelievable
Quality of this is really good. I saw Zeppelin in the late 70’s and would have loved to have seen them at their peak.
A legit gem. This one stands above the rest.
Beautiful song indeed! I saw them at the start of their ‘73 tour but they did not play this song sadly. But nonetheless to have seen LZ live was a treasure at that time. Their peakest peak period. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!
Atlanta?
@@ctrlshiftqq9846 Tampa. Night after Atlanta.
That’s badass !
nah 1971 is their peak
@@jbojoifyThey were great all the way through.
Gods of rock
Goose bumps just goose bumps. So intimate so mature such a committed performance such emotion deep emotion. This band without question was the best ever. Thank You! Jimmy-Robert-John Paul Jones- and John Bonham. Led Zeppelin.
Se qualcuno mette in dubbio la grandezza dei led zeppelin ascoltare questa versione live di thank you dal vivo e ricredersi molte band di oggi per ispirarsi ai led zeppelin un motivo lo avranno a voi la risposta forever led zeppelin
Wow, i didn't know they played this in '73 and I thought I knew about all their tours. Guess not.
Vintage JP, a patented, wonderful, twangy, angular and quirky solo to end the tour…. Nobody did it better.
My goodness how I loved that band…
THA MIGHTY ZEPP STILL RULES.
Beautiful thanks just amazing
Holy fuck this is too good
If only this performance was put on The Song Remains The Same! What a Performance,What a band!

Me & my Husband's wedding song June 17th 2018 It was a Beautiful Day. Rip Bobby Lavigne ❤
Love to you , sister.
Even if some people are as kind as concert whistlers, I must confess here it's my first time hearing that marvelous version. Unbelievable. Hope to high up the reference for others lovers to have the same pleasure than me today. Thank you for posting, by the way.
Magic.
Thank you.
Untouchable.
Amazing version
THE GREATEST BAND EVER HANDS DOWN !!! ❤😊
I want to thank you for all the fantastic music over the years simply amazing band ever🙏❣❤💞
This is fuckin amazing. Listen to the organ at the beginning really high. You’ll travel
What a masterpiece ❤🎵😎
Last song to wrap up the '73 tour also last time ever performed by the boy's.
This should be in the movie "The Song Remains the Same" right after the Stairway to Heaven credits as a bonus!
Saw them in Oakland, July 24th 1977. Unfortunately it was their last American show…
🧙🏻I've been a⚡️LedZepHead my whole🔮life.🌹"Thank You" for sharing and I wish your channel all the🤘🏻best.
🇨🇦✌🏻🎶♥️
I wonder why they haven't released this officially yet, like they have with Misty Mountain Hop, The Ocean, from the same 1973 Garden concerts.
Lindo!!! ❤️
Led Zeppelin Masters of Masters for Ever...
I saw them in 1973 at the Providence Civic Center, Prov RI. Awesome show for sure. Memories 50 yrs
One of the best bootlegs I’ve heard
Aloha, rare...beautiful
thank you so much for this. Sounds so much cleaner, much appreciated!
I love it 💜 I see why THEY don't like it though - haha! This it, it's Zeppelin, it's amazing...
The absolute best ❤❤❤
Thank You is my favorite song by Led Zeppelin
It's completely different to their other music
Although I have only ever heard it on vinyl, hearing it played live is a completely new experience for me
Absolutely incredible 👏
Led zep is rock
INCREDIBLE....!😊
About 45 seconds in JPJ can be heard teasing Amazing Grace
🎹🎼🎸🎶🥁 it always reminds of no one . Just started liking it live a few years ago
Sound ❤
Second to BBC solo but amazing construction thank you for this!
Thankyou!

Fucking hell. Outstanding guitar work. Jimmy. First time I’ve heard this. My admiration has grown to even greater levels.
This just gave me a stirring in me loins. Daddy is ready for action! Thank you 🙂
