you can use vinegar. I used Lemon Juice instead of Vinegar. lemon juice or Vinegar helps with creating a soft bubbly light texture which we all love & also acts as a natural preservative.The acidic environment helps your cake stay fresh for longer.

Not sure about microwave oven. you can use a pan ! put a wire rack in the bottom of the cake mold then bake 40-50 minutes on low to medium heat.
