The biggest thing about that vertical mount is that you still have access to the cold shoe mount underneath for the raven eye 🔥

Hey Alex, need your help. What gimbal would you recommend for Tamron 35-150 and ZV-E1? Regular RS4 or do you think RS4 Pro would have more stable footage?
How heavy are your Catta Ace payloads? I'm trying to do one with my Z Cam F6 and have to add on so much weight to the back that pushes it over 10 lbs.

The raveneye and follow focus are the same from RS2?
Does a gimbal like this work in conditions like filming on a boat? There is a lot of rockiness and swells that are a lot more severe than normal shakiness of the hands
rolling, panning and tilting due to the waves can be eliminated. But not the bouncing up and down, only slightly reduced.
Do you have to rebalance when you switch to vertical?

Yes, the weight will shift so you need to rebalance but not as much as you think

I think the upgrade works for the lidar system but I think you can use the new lidar on the rs3 as well, I need to test that out

One of the most honest, and possibly the best, reviews of the Rs4 Pro I've seen!
I have a question about mine:
I just received my Rs4 Pro today, and I noticed something concerning.
When it's locked in the compact position, it audibly rattles (originating from the roll axis motor) even with a slight shake.
DJI advertises the Rs4 Pro as having an improved locking mechanism and tighter tolerances. However, mine seems even looser than my previous Rs2 Pro.
Is this normal behavior for your unit as well, or could it be a manufacturing issue with mine?
