All I need is a BUILT IN ACTIVE TRACK IN THE GIMBAL. Just throw in the User interface from the pocket 3 where you can tap to track people/items. This would open up so much creative shots and movements especially for solo operators. I dont want to screw around with a separate raveneye or lidar system.

Definitely need more example especially mount RS4 series to heavy cine gear and see how it performs. The recent announcement did give quite a surprise though.

Great Tutorial and Footgae Brother! . I mainly shoot Glamour Models and purchased the rs4 recently to go with my canon r6 ii.. its definitely an upgrade from the Moza I had.

DJI is always a step ahead the competition! I would totally use the pro LiDAR system in a gimbal with something like KX or 6k FF but handheld i would still prefer pulling focus myself if im solo shooting.
This thing is an absolute beast, I’ve been a huge fan man 🙏🏾

Would you recomend the komodo-x for a solo scooter? And do you preffer it over the fx6? (I have seen the comparrison video ;) )

1:07 I’m confused… there is no joystick on either side of the RS4 Pro. Did you mean the joystick on the back, the (only) one placed under the display? It looks the same, there is no cosmetic difference to it 🤔

That happened to me at my job with the RS2 when the RS3 came out. There's always something new on the horizon, just remember it had the features you wanted for the money you were willing to spend when you bought it. My RS2 is still going strong so they'll last you awhile. *mumbles* Not to mention we also got an RS3 like six months later when we had to outfit another camera package.
Am I right that the Rs4 pro has a weaker payload than Rs3 pro?
honestly the guy that commented is right i i just bought my rs3 two weeks ago i was about to return 😭 but he’s right, plus id be 150 more for minimal things

@@KofiYeboah the Teflon coating on the smaller version is very much well received. The aluminum on the rs3 is a pain to balance compared to my full sized rs2 for that reason and this looks like the perfect mix

The vertical shooting “quick release” doesn’t work unless your cage is off the camera. I just got mine and it sucks becuase it’s not quick at all. You have to deconstruct your hole rig just to use it
I usually have my camera off cage all things considered
If I buy the RS4 Pro and wanted to get the Focus Pro Lidar do I have to buy the entire Focus Pro Creator Combo kit?

I'm able to get my RS3 to go into vertical mode without a plate. I just use the portrait mode.

@@luisdiaz7205 the gimbal has a portrait mode. Hit the mode switch on the side, and then you should see the portrait option. I've done it a few times.
So, PD Movie is still the only AF helper, with just a tiny motor, for all the manual lenses. Why's so hard for DJI to make such a thing too?

Different target audiences with DJI targetting more of the production teams while the PD Movie is really aiming at the solo creators, there's overlap for sure, but the biggest difference is the 4m range of the PD Movie vs the 20m range of the DJI Focus Pro
