    Can I make the following changes in this diet plan..will I still loose weight?
    Please guide dear...
    7 am : wake up
    7.30-8.30: After having green tea I go for run/walk
    8.45 : Warm Milk
    10.00am : Breakfast
    2.00 pm : Lunch
    4-5 pm. : Mid Evening Snacks
    7.30 pm : Dinner
    10.30 pm : warm milk / fruits

      Sure Majeed. Weight loss is all about eating right and no crash diet plans. This video was for you to have an idea of what healthy eating that gives your body all the nutrients it needs + makes you lose weight looks like.
      Make sure that you stay away from junk food, incorporate some sort of exercise and sleep for 7-8 hours. That's all it takes. Rest all is fad. :)

    you are so right .. eating real food and avoid junk foods and exercise... Mindful eating.. this is the ultimate solution.. even I have struggled with weight loss.. lot confusion between what to eat.. how much to eat.. but when I had started eating healthy I remember I felt energetic and I loosed weight too.. and even my skin became clear of acne and acne scar.. but now sadly from last two months I have been eating a lot outside.. pani Puri is my favourite.. but m back to track again..you are a inspiration to me.. I will be consistent..😉😃

    This plan is only for those who are working in organized sector and MNC. For unorganised sector it's difficult to follow this as they are unfortunately not even allowed to have food during working hours except lunch.
    You make videos only for those 10% to 15% who can afford this. But I have never seen any video of yours which supports 80% to 85% of the masses who work in unorganised sector. So plz try come to ground reality and try to make video on those people also how they can take care of their health. Would love to see it.
    Last but not the least, this video is very good and informative and will help people to maintain their health in this hectic lifestyle for those who can afford 🙏🙏🙏🙏

    1.Can we swap the meals sometimes like can idli be had for dinner or brown bread sandwiches for dinner...
    2. How much should be the calorie intake of clean eating per day if we do moderate exercise.
    3. Can i have tea in breakfast and breakfast items in mid morning snacks as tea is the first thing i prefer...
    4. Is there any specific time to not have carbs or fruits?
    5. And ya it depends on body type but how much time did you take to loose 10 kg approx ( for motivation 😬)

      I really wish I had find the *2WeightLossFast. Com* years ago. For 3 weeks of using the programs, I lost TWELVE lbs Of course I work out more than once a week, and also eat right.       As I mentioned in the video, focus on your food to know when you need to stop. I can't just tell you to have 2 rotis, because your body's requirements might either be more or less than 2 rotis. Everybody has a unique BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and your body's calorie intake should fall in that range. Hence, you are your best judge. So, trust your gut on this one (literally). :)
