- Attention means everything to a Kpop career. Every artist in the industry will have to get the attention one way or another if they want their career to thrive. However, netizens believe these 4 idols are "overdoing" it to the point things get cringy, and that they deserve to be bashed for their so-called “extra” and “ridiculous” behaviors.

Tsuki is a former Japanese Idol.
Japanese idols are known for being lively and with a lot of facial expressions.
She’s doing well.
How can people think that she's doing that for attention, it's her job . That's ridiculous
@@cometouchmygrass8214 She Looks So Cute And Bubbly And Her Personality Is Also Very Cool which is a Good Thing To Watch Her Performance Netizens Are Always Jealous From Female Idols
@@kpopfantasy1847 yeah seriously
No wonder I thought she reminded me of Japanese performers. She's lovely
True, even male japanese idols did the same lively expressions when performing fun, quirky songs for example the currently popular Jpop idol group Snow Man
TSUKI is an IDOL. It is her job to make perfomance enjoyable. People are so used to see idols with blank expressions so when they see something different they say "she is overdoing it." No she is not. It's their concept and she doesn't look awkward at all.
yes
Exactlyyyy!!!! Her expressions were on point, the songgg Wass amazinggggg!!! I never saw such an amazing song and such amazing expressions I totally fall in love with her!!! She is really amazingggg and her getting hate on this is just showing how jealous and senseless these toxic fans areee
Exactly
Exactly!
Ikr. She is looking so cute 🥰🥰🥰
When you have a resting face they'll hate and when you show EXTREME stage presence they'll hate you in this generation you'll get hate for basically EVERYTHING
for real!! istg these people will hate an idol just for breathing, it’s exhausting
nah fr, i remember Irene was hated some time ago for having a “cold” expression. Usually this hate is towards females idol, unbelievable
They hate everything. Like when someone looses weight they talk about it and when an idol gains weight they talk about it again. As if Idols are not human beings.
And when you set in the middle they will call you boring 🙄 hate how this industry is fed off of hate just as much as love.
@@user-rm4xu1eg4f I love when an idol loses weight but atleast don't hate anyone for gaining weight
Tsuki's performances are honestly so satisfying to watch, sure she does a lot of facial expressions, but girl it's so satisfying!! And I love Jooe's energy, I think thats something that makes her unique and stand out in the group.
people are just so envy, she is amazing
It s irritating
@@Kardlit for what? she's irritating to you for being ACTUALLY professional on stage? not unlike the other idols who just perform and looks like they don't even wanna be there unlike tsuki
@@Kardlit if she will have blank face you will say she is not trying and doing anything ,when they're doing you have problem with it too .. Like seriously man ? And pls they can't do everything that you guys like .... We are fna swe are not their masters or something ... Fans need to just calm down and let these idols do their work ....
Your comment about Pick Me Girl is SO DAMN DISRESPECT FUL towards her ....
Seems like you don't even know she is a former Japanese idols and how GREAT they are in stage ... They have such good and bubbly expressions
@@Kardlit do you even know what a pick me girl is…….
Idk, I loved Tsuki's expressions, she actually got me to watch Billie's performance

Why does Tsuki reminds me of Tsukishima, Tsuki is really cute by the way.
Same
Just saying, Billie was one of the highly anticipated groups to debut and they called them nameless group and mystic story is under sm entertainment🙄
Yeah but you know what their entire group is so amazing , at first i only watched Tsuki but when I watched other idol fancams damn all member shave great facial expressions and stage presence
Even though Hani is a tomboy, that doesn't mean she cant cry.
They cant tell her how to feel. She cant control it, just because its something they wouldn't cry over, doesn't mean it applies to Hani. And just because she came from money, doesn't mean she doesn't have a difficult past. Money isnt all that's needed for happiness. She allowed herself to be vulnerable and got attacked, some people are sick smh
I agree with you , people these days. 😒
At one point it is being done for attention though lol it was obvious and she toned it down after the criticism. The point of the video was also not that she can’t cry because she’s a tomboy at all, they’re saying she’s trying too hard to stand out and it was def awkward when you watch back those shows
Hani’s random crying is the only thing that I thought was cringe. It’s weird and I agree with knetz on it. It’s like what are you crying about Hani? Her reasonings are stupid and it is giving trying too hard for the cameras.
@@flover30 exactly
@@flover30 you never though. She could actually be just really emotional. Those types of people exist too y'know. You never really know so you cant conclude that it was definitely for attention.
The hate towards Hani is the most ridiculous and stereotypical thing I’ve ever heard
So what if she’s "ungraceful"
She is real and doesn’t act perfect for the cameras
She’s a girl boss and that’s why I love her
you do know that she does that for the cameras right? now that I watched this video I also feel shes trying too hard to get attention. :/
@@apr1235 you don’t know for sure why she does
No one knows how she feels but herself so please stop accusing people of overdoing it with the emotions and just doing it for attention when this is something you can’t possibly know
@@apr1235 i mean, if they're in a reality show, isn't it a common sense for idols to exaggerate their expressions and whatever they say because otherwise it won't be funny. just accept it, they're paid to make the viewers laugh. they make the viewers laugh so that they get more reality show projects. hani might be doing it just for the camera, but can't we just appreciate her trying to make people laugh even though she's an idol, who are required to always look good all the time. she's actually amazing for that.
@@sndrprk3234 she wasnt the one in the reality show thing as shown in the video right? Anyways crying just because someone told ur boyfriends name is unprofessional and kinda immature too :/ and burping loudly n stuff as this video says is actually rude for the host. Maybe shes trying to accentuate her 'tomboy' image or even maintain it but thats straight up bad manners dude.
@@moonlitsunwoo its obvious its for attention🙃 anyways even if attention seeking was justified coz she is from a small company she has to seek attention to become more popular; the way she tries to gain attention is the problem. Straight up burping in the show is actually rude and also crying for the littlest details becomes annoying and awkward for the person talking wid her.
The hate against Hani has me ROLLING. Like bruh sHeS nOt gRaCEfUL eNoUgH. You do realize that girls arent little dolls that need to act precious and shit right? Hani is the realist kpop idol I've seen and just because you're a tomboy doesnt mean that you're not emotional. Some people rlly just wanna hate because they have nothing better to do with their lives
I mean...the least she can do is act like she has some class especially with the whole being a woman and having your legs wide open as ur sitting, come on now

the last one was a bit rude though not gonna lie
agree with the first four except Maka (whatever the spelling)
Jooe would be a mega star right now if it weren't for that company, I don't even stan Momoland but Joe captured my attention from the start. She's so funny and full of life, she does well with variety and honestly would probably thrive in acting. Especially being cast in a comedy, I hope that company doesn't give up on the group (since they're debuting a new gg). Momoland STILL has so much potential, they just need the support and tools from that company.
I learned about the group through those yt mini documentaries about them and how the company ruined them. I fee sorry for them specially jooe and nancy, the hate and rumors and horrible treatment they got was so heart wrenching.
not only is tsuki’s stage presence amazing, but their comeback was literally ‘the strange world’ so its meant to be “weird” and “over the top” (her stage presence is still perfect). and in general, its sad to see how netizens will constantly hate on female idols for no reason, theyre either too lazy, doing too much etc.
Exactlyyyy
I would call her as "Unique Bizarre". The kind of idol that's actually "performing" & "entertaining" their fans.
Tsuki did a amazing job with her facial expressions. Ngl started following their group after her fancam went viral.
What is NGL?
@@Erik-xe6oz "not gonna lie"
Tsuki’s most popular fancam is currently sitting at 8.5 million views in 2 months. It’s clear that the people who have a problem with her are in the minority and most enjoy her performance.
I don't understand why people say to idols "trying too hard to get attention" meanwhile idols literally have to try to get attention for their career
Tsukis and Hanis cases just make me angry. Hani just shows her emotions which is totally fine. She`s a human. And in Tsukis case, it`s obvious that she loves to perform and i like to see people doing what they love.
tsuki's facial expressions are for the choreography shes not a natural she practiced her facial expressions. the entire group had to practice facial expressions to match the concept of the song. shes not overdoing it, her face is also the choreo
Tsuki's face is dancing 💃
She's cute😍. I could never do those.😓 She's pure talent😌
Carefree is wrong, ice cold expression is rude, being nice is pretentious, then what do you want??? A frog??
Being from a “well-to-do” family doesn’t mean you’re free from stress.
These are the kids on drugs and doing other deliberately life threatening activities
Knetz should go and do good things in their life. If they cared about people's needs like they did for kpop idols, the world would have been a beautiful place
(Not only knetz but also international fans. It will be better if you all did something productive instead of poking nose into the lives of these successful women)
@𝒩𝒶𝓃𝒶𝓈𝒽𝒾 i was mistaken. I edited my comment. Its so annoying seeing people doing such stupid negative stuffs. I have no hope on humanity anymore
@@Neha_the_great_sharma it’s fine, sometimes international stans just generalize by putting the blame on them without thinking of the consequences
Keep in mind that Tsuki originally trained in Japan and debuted in a Japanese girl group before Billlie. The way they perform over there is much more cutesy and fun than what the kpop industry typically expects. She also trained at SM so probably was influenced by Red Velvet’s rookie days where they did fun concepts like this. So people are just unaccustomed to her style and need to appreciate her for who she is rather than those around her.
Hani cries too much... the only time I've seen that girl cry for herself was at the mention of her boyfriend. When she alluded to "hard times" she was talking of her time with EXID. Her mom didn't want her to be an idol, she wanted Hani to study, that girl struggled along with her band mates, Hyerin even got a part time job in secret to help bring money to the table for the group. So yes, that bread probably did bring up traumatic events. Any other time she has cried on a show is because she gets stressed thinking she is being an inconvenience to someone, or out of empathy/sympathy. And to all those saying "Her reasoning was dumb" perhaps it is to you, but Hani isn't you. Hani is Hani and she's a sentimental girl, has been since debut.
I knew there was a reason for her crying, hani is so real, and sheis friends wity btob members, birds of the same whatever fly together .... they are the most transparent and real people in idols word
Tsuki of course want attention, she is an artist of course. Artist or idol needs attention, they are nothing without attention. She gained the attention with a great way, I love her
I cry at almost anything, even when I am happy. I think people are being too hard on Hani. Also, Tsuki fits the song perfectly. I hate when people say she is "overdoing it."
YES
At least Tsuki has stage presence. Like that’s what there job is honey. It’s better then watching idols with no face expressions
Damn, idols really have it hard. They criticize you if you have a poker face on, and yet they still criticize you if you show expressions.
Wow the first idol “tsuki” is really powerful, she has her own color, she’s also pretty and her smile is so cute. I think I’m going to Stan 🥹
I’m shook, I used to watch “Maca” (I only just found out his old stage name) busking in Hongdae in 2019, I had heard he was a former idol in a group called Road Boyz but never heard about his controversy. I was just chilling listening to the video and missed the group name, when I heard it again I looked more closely and was shook lol
I like Hani, but i agree with some arguments, she's bit too extra
yeah true
A fan of morning musume but using Ga Eul as a picture? Well, glad to meet you
@@Erik-xe6oz ❤👐
Well, you have to be different to win the competition. There's nothing wrong with that. Besides, what the idols have done don't harm others.
5:20 Because a Boy can't cry, right... ridiculous. TSUKI is fantastic and her expression are very well made and at the right timing...wow and Jooe energy, my god
If an idol has a bubbly personality people will say they are “overdoing it” but at the same time if an idol isn’t showing “enough” emotion suddenly they have an attitude problem.
There’s no point in pleasing those haters..instead we should continue to show our support for our idols.
Do NOT believe any rumors or lies being spread by those people. Please do your own research on an idol before making any judgement to avoid misunderstandings.
Tsuki fancams on Instagram made me watch the mv so what she’s doing is working. Haters can hate but Tsuki is doing her job, and she’s doing it amazingly!
Agree! xDDD
So when an idol has versatile expressions(like Tsuki for example), ppl would critisise him/her for "overreacting" and when an idol carries a resting face on stage, they'd call the idol "souless". What the heck do they want then?????
Knetz are so demanding
Netizens get mad about idols “looking mad” because they’re not smiling, and now they’re getting mad about them being full of expressions? 😂😂😂 Idols can’t catch a break
I prefer Tsuki's facial expressions any day over the regular "pretty face (scared to look ugly)" expression. Tsuki being an anime character is far better than being a Barbie doll. Lol so ridiculous indeed... I guess tomboys aren't humans and shouldn't cry. One cannot just "restrict" one's feelings like a robot. Idols are humans. Wow, thanks to this I got to find out about Billie and that the only member I rooted for in Girl's Planet 999 is actually a member of Billie as well, Sheon! 💖
Netizens really hate young pretty talented women 😂
Hani was just being a normal person
Tsuki is one of the reasons i started stanning Billie. it's really satisfying to watch her change expressions with the beat. i just love her so much.
tsuki's expression is matching the concept of gingamingayo. she didnt do that kind of facial expression on the previous era. but seeing people making her as a standard for a great stage presence then i have to disagree.
TSUKI IS THE MOMENT! She’s doing her damn job!
I’m not sure about the last one. Also, he did stepped in in the wrong place, but it could’ve been his agency order and their wrong. But first 3 are basically disapproving idols having a personality. And Tropicana commercial is the dumbest one, since she is only an invited guest. She doesn’t choreograph, style, direct the commercial. She only did her job. The concept of the video was decided without her. That’s how it works.
Hani is not a charachter that have only particular traits to make a story more understandable, exggadurating, and contrasting with other charachters, which is normal for making charachter for a movie, cartoon, etc. She's real person and real people are wayy more complex and have wayy more traits and they are waay more varied. It's impossible to just identify a person with one word. There is no person in the world that could be identified like that. That means It's absolutely normal and ridiculous are only those who think it's not. Once again it is a sign that she is strong and real because she is not hiding any of her emotions, because she do not prohibit herself to feel, express emotions, which is fundamental for mental health. It's real life and real people!
Yeah! how can people really precive others that way, they watch too many cartoons and films and asociallized, view the world stupidly wrong and trying to make real world be like that 🤪
Tsuki puts so much into her performance she’s just doing her best to put on the best show possible it’s literally her job to have “stage presence” and not be a robot
"The hunger for attention is an enemy of self-love."
- Edmond Mbiaka
Netizens will really find ANY reason to hate on female idols. Like, imagine hating someone because they are energetic or make exaggerated faces. Like damn, I can’t even imagine being that trigger happy. Sounds exhausting.
K netizens thinks too much
Tsuki expressions are not that bad. But like, everything has a limit, it's not like we don't know it.
But can we all agree the fact that it's her life ? Like whaat, you can't just control someone's personality type just because you don't like them that way. If they wanna act like that, they have every right to do so. Instead of just telling her to change, if you find her weird, just don't watch her fancams and all, its not that hard. She's just being cute. Y'all are overreacting.
They fr are....
tsuki used to be a japanese perforemer that why she has a lot of expressions
Hani?? Seriously? Hani is the most natural idol I know.
I’m sorry but Tsuki’s group including her, was not that famous, so it’s totally understandable if she worked hard to get attention for the sake of the group and her as an idol. Tsuki got the attention she’s been working hard on and i’m very happy for her💕 especially after i watched some of her interviews, which shows enough that, she really is a fun and lovable person.
For Tsuki, out of 100% only 5-10% are negative tho. She is gaining a lot of love not only from international netizens but surprisingly from Knetz as well. Not only "The Fancam" has gone viral, her other fancams and other things with Tsuki in it are gaining a lot views and attention as proof to that.. I'm just worried that people who loved it might expect her to do it all the time, coz she is doing it mainly because it is what suits the concept.
i was a bit surprised when i first saw tsuki's performance too as it was viral on various social platforms, i think she's doing those expressions just as other idols for stage presence there's literally nothing wrong with it. kind of awkward for me sometimes but it's okay since she's just doing for performance and we can't disagree how she's so cute, anyways STAN BILLLIE.
Kpop community is so weird af like what do you expect a performer should do? Dance like a robot with blank face? Most performer I have seen are expressive when doing their songs. Even bands who played instruments are feeling themselves with the song much more an idol who dances. Tsuki is doing her job SPECTACULARLY.
I LOVEE THEM. Tsuki is so cute and precious. And omg I loved Hani since ever, why people are so mean
After watching your video, i think Tsuki and Jooe got hated by doing their job as entertainers.
Netizens should differentiate between the job and personal matters.
Tbh i am so obsessed with tusuki's facial expressions and she isn't trying hard to be cute cuz she is already so cute i don't know why people can't see talented people only because some of the haters said she is trying hard to get attention that doesn't change the fact that she has the best facial expressions and i really loved Billie debut they all have amazing facial expressions watch gingamingayo you willl definitely fall in love 💜😇
watching these kind of videos make me realize how scary being a kpop-idol can be. you'll literally get hate for everything, especially if you're a female idol.
Its weird that people get flamed for acting real, meanwhile something like 4:37 (that's obviously her being very very conscious of how she's coming off to the camera as adorable) is praised. Nothing wrong with either esp when the industry is so cut-throat but come on let people act how they want
tbh, i really love watching tsuki's swift change of expressions
I just see it as them enjoying their idol life, u need face expressions on the stage to keep the audience entertained, thats just how JooE is and I love it, Hani was just being herself, while these other idols be who the company want them to be
Tsuki’s name means “moon” in Japanese and I think it’s fitting because she shines a bright light on the industry and brings something new 🥰
Cringe, her name isn't written out as kanji for moon. Please stop.
@@donotreply8979 it's not necessarily cringe but I agree for the rest.
I was fumed when I see a comment saying Tsuki tried too much. I mean wow, so the netizen are going to shame a girl because she is doing her best and actually doing amazing at her job?
Why are people being so hard on Tsuki... every single idol is unique, and they have different persona's and different stage performance. She can show as many facial expressions as she likes (in my opinion.)
Sometimes, idols being too energetic (or just being themselves) is kinda irritating. This might not be the same for everyone as some people seem to enjoy such behavior, but not all find it entertaining. I guess that's why the idols are getting so much hate.
Same I find it irritating too
It’s really down to what the idol enjoys. If they enjoy being energetic like that then let them. They’ve worked hard for years to get to where they are. Let them have some fun. If people don’t like them for who they are then that’s not the idol’s problem really. If it’s not someone’s cup of tea they can choose to not watch the performances or reality shows or variety shows they’re in. Just listen to the music. We have no right to dictate their personality. Don’t you think?
@@JesterVTC we are not dictating their personality, ofc they are free to do what they do and a mere person like me and sm others in this comment section wont stop them. I've seen some comments telling 'idk why people dont like that type of performance' and so and so; so the op just explained why it might not be smones cup of tea:) and I agreed to it.🙃 dont misunderstand
Idols are damned if they do, damned if they don’t. No one is ever happy with them
People will always find something to hate on. Can never please everyone
Omg I was laughing at Hani, i just love her… she got that personality that many will love hahaha she’s also funny, do you know that she got a very high IQ? Apparently she’s very intelligent
I love Hani period hahahhaa😝😂✌😘💞💕 spread love
Honestly, there are HUNDREDS of Kpop artists that look pretty much the same. You kinda have to stand out. And second, Tsuki is from JAPAN, they are nothing BUT expressive! I think her Japanese flavour really brings a really cool and new/fresh atmosphere! Im tired of these Americanized stone faced "I wanna be bad" K pop idol expressions..
Tsuki isn’t “overdoing” it’s just that you’re used to bland performances
In my opinion Tsuki did a great job and it is not too much. The various facial expressions that changes for like a second or two fits well with their title track. Check out her performance with 'a sign-anonymous' and you can tell that she has great control with her facial expression because the two songs give off different vibes.
People have a problem with Hani?! Since when? I always thought everyone loves her.
Why does kpop idol get hated for everything? Being cute get hated, being themself get hated, crying get hated, doing diffrent expression get hated, basically EVERYTHING THEY DO GET HATED
Tsuki was doing amazing her expressions fit the song
Jooe is the CUTEST! This brings me back to how lively Kpop Idols were before they adopted our stone faced and expressionless Western/American hiphop style. This is AWESOME!

Tsuki make the perfomance enjoyable and she has good stage presence i really like to watch her
When it's come to Tsuki's case , it's obviously jealousy. As an idol appearing expressional in a performance is a must, most of 4th gen girls group being unpleasant because they have cold faces while performing.About other idols mentioned in this video,I cannot say anything without knowing their real intention.
Okay listen, I stan neither Momoland nor Exid so I don't really know their personalities but from what have said BeBoss TV, I think that they're really cool. It even makes me wanna stan their group. They're quite funny
After this video I'm convinced that Netizens unnecessarily overreact and exaggerate things. Just let the idols live in peace I mean Y'ALL REALLY WANNA CONTROL THEIR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS NOW?! just wow.
Too much facial expressions, bad. Not enough, bad, no stage presence. WHY CANT THE KPOP COMMUNITY MAKE UP THEIR MINDS! They do it with everything, speaking to other idols or seniors, don't talk to our favs, "pick me girl/boy", sl*t," .. Don't acknowledge their seniors or other idols, "how rude, get some manners, don't deserve to be around them."
Wearing the clothing the companies STYLIST gave them, "Too revealing, Too bulky."
(TW, Ed******)
Not skinny enough, they look fat, face is too round. Lose weight, they are too skinny, look sickly, they are encouraging EDs.
Let's take Jisoo in this example, angry and shame her for not being fluent in English, yet, (I believe) it was twice whos JLine was shamed for speaking their mother tongue...
A lot of examples here, and it's only the tip of the iceberg.. What makes it even more as that these idols can "never win", is that every single one of us know what these men and women, and CHILDREN go thru, to get to be an idol, and even when they debut, just to be shamed and bashed daily, for most things that they have no control over. I'm by no means saying idols have a pass to be jerks or say inappropriate things, but we know their entire lives and careers are curated for them, even some idols personality. I find is disgusting that people who do this have the audacity to call themselves "fans", even more so when it's an idol(s) for the group(s) they Stan and support.
Ah... Sorry for my rant, but videos like this just shove my buttons down so hard, but it's like I get sucked in because I'm so blown away by the amount of obscene audacity.
TSUKI LOOKS ADORABLE WHEN SHE’S DANCING WITH THOSE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS I DONT CARE WHAT YOU SAY
Tsuki is amazing. Her facial expressions are actually fitting for the group’s concept as well as the song. It’s “over the top” for a reason. I haven’t understood the hate I’ve seen her get over it, not to mention seeing other idols basically mocking her.
Tsuki is cutest and well what people want? Everyone to be like aespa? expressionless Ai themed performances? Like i understand it's aespa's theme and pretty cool but similarly billie's gingamingayo was themed on exaggerated expressions!
Truth be told all these are just so ridiculous. When they are trying their best they say they are trying too hard and when they don't they blame them again. What are they supposed to do . Why do they always have so much to say.
"Trying too hard to be cute."
🙄🙄 gosh its not like other female groups dont do that (and even males).. i cant even count how many times i noticed idols trying too hard to be cute and it only feels awkward.
But its their job, what's so bad about doing something to be noticed? The indistry itself is a very competitive environment that you have to do everything to stay relevant, noticed, and appreciated. 🙂 dont be too hard on these idols. They already have it hard from their training period to the pressure of having to debut and continue performing as idols.
This is the first time i am seeing tsuki and i liked her expression it is unique n has it's own charisma i don't know why netizens are targeting her for portraying strong expressions
Won't they allow idols breathe
I mean they're all in the entertainment industry. It's their job to draw attention and make their performance enjoyable, for them for their fans and for the casual viewers.
Hani is doing right. She's not doing anything wrong, criminal. She's being a real human being and it's the only way to maintain mental health, not to follow stupid, unreasonable strict, mentally harming ways of behaving(again, idealized anime charachters and real people are very different and people shouldn't be like an idealized charachter, that impossible, wrong and stupid) It's not her problem that people are annyed by her being free(and since when being real means tomboy???) it's ince again because of their own complexes, trauma and personality disorders that they are feel incecured about themselves being all controlled and her being so free so they make her to be one who is wrong to protect themselves. Asian culture and upbringing have big ipact here. But we live in 21th century, such control is not important anymore, there is a free society with many human rights pritected. She show a great example to people to start being true to themselves, not hink about what others think, living their lives for themselves, not living sombodyelses love for sombody eles by adjusting to others. Sitting with her legs spread far becous its way more comfort able than the other way is not a crime and disgrase. I can't iven get why people would think so espesially males. They do that all the time. And burping next to someone. She's not doing it all the time, you can't always control yourself(that's harmful) and when you're in a good mood I can tell you for get to care about such things. And again of she's not burping every day next to people not very close to her, than that's absolutely fine. We should be happy that she's being mentally well in some parts. Althoughbeing hypermotional can be actually a sign of mental illness, but considering she's an Idol, her potentially having mental problem is nothing surprising, sadly.
Yes yes yes
And that's so sad
I don't know. I feel that 80% of these idol's behavior is them letting go the idol-character they often play and being a bit more real. For instance, you see Mijoo and Yuqi act pretty out there, and people love it. Both of them have said on a few occasions that they feel it's better to be themselves than to play a character for their fans, because then the fans will love the real them. Likewise, Hwasa and Jessi gets some criticism for their realness, but mostly people appreciate their bold behavior because it clashes with the norm idol standards. Everyone can't be the same, and if they were it'd be boring. So I figure if it's okay for some idols to let it all hang out, it should be fine for others to drop the act and be more like themselves.
Realizing netizens are just hypercritical about people PERIOD
Noone deserves criticism because of these stupid reasons.
Notice how most of the idols are women/girls... yeah.
Call me a pressed feminist or sensitive, idc.
As it has always been... I agree with you.
Like FR!!!! San from Ateez also makes extreme facial expressions but the same netizens bashing tsuki praise him for having' stage presence'.
tsuki is one of the reason why I watch billie's dance lol
Awesome topics
