So lovely to see that Morgan has been able to become seizure free and has gained her quality of life back. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 18 and it really played an affect on me. Now 24 and still suffering, I can finally speak out about it and I definitely think it helps to be able to talk about it. I hope Morgan the best in the future.
For me, living with epilepsy has definitely been a roller coaster ride with many ups and downs. In my videos, I discuss how to cope with your feelings, learning how to deal with the endless emotions you experience living with epilepsy. When I googled epilepsy on the Internet there were lots of videos and articles on, what epilepsy was, the symptoms of epilepsy, the medications for epilepsy, procedures, etc., but there were very few articles about coping with your negative emotions caused by epilepsy. We need to focus on the emotional aspect more.
Having seizures definitely changes your outlooks on life but when you have the right doctors to help, the right treatments, loving family and good friends and most importantly taking care of yourself that is what matters
I been going through this with my granddaughter it is breaking my heart. She now 18yrs and going to college thats all she is doing. She has a VNS and IUD they have helped with seizures but still gets depressed
Hope your son get well better soon , I know exactly how you feel, my son 17 years ago he had 2 seizures in three months the MRI is normal and the EEG shows abnormal 😂.❤
my life is already ruined by it, I've had seizures but they only happen in my sleep, I can't box anymore that's all I live for I was 53-0 either way you look at I'm done, it's over
I know the feeling. I wanted to be a Navy SEAL since I was 8. After I joined the military, I started having seizures and was kicked out. That was the only thing I've ever wanted to do... Now I'm stuck doing some bullshit job :/
