This is Ed's wife Alisha-loved the music in this 1 and it was another challenging workout. Just a bit confusing with some of the moves today. The wrist weights and ankle weights really make it even more challenging. Would you be able to have more of the zone 2 training workouts I loved those too since I am 51 and trying to do more of those to support this peri menopause stuff. Thanks a ton!
