Join me and my crew for a 16 minute BOOTY BAND WORKOUT to help lift and shape your glute muscles. Do this routine on its own OR as a GLUTE ACTIVATION before one of my longer leg and booty workouts. I added this on to my 40 minute legs strength and cardio workout this morning. Whew! That 2nd round was especially hard because my lower body was already pretty burned out.🔥 But I got through it with good form and intensity, by sheer willpower! 😂Glad I took on the challenge, I feel great and ready to tackle the day!

I'd say the band is medium. We use bands from Power Systems.
