This was the first bike that I had when I was younger. I learned a lot from owning one of these & I learned how to modify these 6.5hp Honda(clone) engines. I had one in like 2011/12, I had a ported & big valve gx160 head on mine with the 14cc combustion chamber, a Honda flat top piston , arc billet rod & flywheel, chromoly pushrods & a bigger carb I can’t remember all the specs of the carb. I had an exhaust that bent out to the back tire & also a top plate mount for my walbro fuel pump. It was a whole lot of fun. Today I seen one on offer up for $150 so in a few hours I’m going to pick it up. I plan on doing another build so I’ll be posting videos this time.
That’s awesome man, mines nowhere near a build like that…can’t imagine what that ride felt like. Had a mini bikes when we were young to one of the best experiences as a kid👍🏻 congrats on picking up another one👊🏻 I appreciate you given the vid a watch and touching base…just subbed you, look forward to checking out the new ride🏍🤙🏻💨
@@MiniMoturd it was really powerful on the low end,it was geared too high though with that stock jackshaft & I had a lot of clutch slip with the stock clutch. This Time I want to see what all that power does with a torque converter. I’m sure it would be a wheelie machine. I’m going to tear it down tonight and I’ll make a video. This time though I think I want to go more aggressive with the cam, last time I had a dyno .265 cam I want like a custom isky cam or a .320 I gotta check nr racing & see what all they make now , it’s been such a long time but I’m super excited.
Love the video and the bike!!! Was wondering what’s been done with the engine if you don’t mind me asking. I’ve got 2 of the Warrior bikes and they don’t run nothing like your bike does!!😅
30 series torque converter, air in-take, exhaust, zip tied governor, 19” wheels… not sure what the rear sprocket size is but that’s all I can think of.
just air intake slightly bigger jets in the carbs and exhaust. I also zip tied the governor. The rear sprocket is stock and it has a 30 series torque converter. Part of the reason for my top speed is my weight, i’m built like a toothpick😅 I believe the tires were a 19 inch tire that’s probably also helping with the top speed. Thanks for checking out the video🏍💨👍🏻
With the gearing you have, I would imagine yours wheelies even more than mine🤙🏻🏍💨 the seat is nice but also acts like a spring board and kind of bucks me up in the air to🤣
Hey👍🏻 I’m very glad to have gone with a sprung seat..gives the whole bike an airier feel in my opinion and anyone that’s ridden it has said it’s comfortable to. I would recommend going for it🏍💨🤙🏻 appreciate the watch!
i’m not sure, it definitely would not fall into the motorcycle bracket And only partially falls into scooter bracket. I would almost put it in an all-terrain bike class.
Fun bike I have 2 of them in my collection got one I built into a soft tail one I'm working on with a scooter axle to make into a trike my soft tail has a 212r Tilly build
An awesome combo to have man🤙🏻 I really like those tillys to…going to do some riding on mine this week. crossing my fingers on it maybe needing a carb clean😅 I appreciate you watching👊🏻and supporting🏍💨💨💨
Oil catch… it’s supposed to trap any excess oil that blows off when running high rpm. Kind of unnecessary for this build but I always liked the way it looked👍🏻
Not sure man…I bought the minibike with the swap already done…it Has to be the gearing though. I’ve never taken the time to spec out the gearing. I can get those specs if you would like though?
Would have liked to seen that thing👍🏻 I believe it man😅 I get more of a adrenaline rush on this than any of my bikes. Appreciate you checking it out👊🏻 stay safe out there🏍💨🤙🏻
30 series torq. 212cc motor, intake, exhaust, 19” tires….not sure about the tooth count On the sprocket but I believe it’s The original sprocket….appreciate you watching🏍💨🤙🏻

Got one very similar. Loads of fun, best toy I've gotten in years.

Hey thanks I appreciate you saying that… it has an exhaust, Air intake and a 30series TC. I appreciate you watching🏍💨🤙🏻
The speed you are getting is extraordinary. Most guys can't get anywhere near that with a stage 1 212 and torque converter on a 19 inch tire bike.
It’s got to be my weight that’s really tipping the scales🤯🏍💨👍🏻on top of the setup
Beautiful bike an demonstration love ur neck of the woods ty man
Thanks man, glad you liked it… appreciate you watching🏍🤙🏻💨
That lil bike haul's balls 😂 now it's getting colder here in australia so it's my turn to sit n watch everyone have fun on UA-cam lol
Oh....that’s right your coming into winter 🥶bummer. Stay warm out there man we’ll take a ride for ya🏍💨🤙🏻
Ugh Winter sucks. We'll do our best to keep you entertained, at least 😂
So that's all stock? And the governor hasn't been removed?
30 series torque converter, air in-take, exhaust, zip tied governor, 19” wheels… not sure what the rear sprocket size is but that’s all I can think of.
what do you have done to the motor? and whats gearing do i need to make my bike go that fast?
just air intake slightly bigger jets in the carbs and exhaust. I also zip tied the governor. The rear sprocket is stock and it has a 30 series torque converter. Part of the reason for my top speed is my weight, i’m built like a toothpick😅

Wheelies! Yes!!! These things are rippers! Good decision to go with a sprung seat, gotta make it so much more comfortable.
With the gearing you have, I would imagine yours wheelies even more than mine🤙🏻🏍💨 the seat is nice but also acts like a spring board and kind of bucks me up in the air to🤣
@@MiniMoturd It's insane, makes it hard to ride, honestly. Ha, ha, well when you only weigh 100lbs, I guess that can be an issue 😋
@@GromBeardo i bet it is🤙🏻and your about that man😂👍🏻
What do you think of the springer seat? I'm thinking about throwing one on my bike and I'd like someone else's opinion before I go ahead and do it.

That’s a sick little bike
Thanks man….love ripping on the mini pred🏍💨 thanks for giving it a watch🤙🏻
Would This be consider a scooter or motorcycle?
i’m not sure, it definitely would not fall into the motorcycle bracket And only partially falls into scooter bracket. I would almost put it in an all-terrain bike class.
I just picked one up 80 no motor. Needs tlc . Going to be fun.
Nice👌🏼 should be a fun one to build..good luck with it👊🏻🏍💨
Hahaha I love it!!! Looks like a lot of fun!
Thanks Diana, appreciate you watching and supporting😄🏍💨

whats that cannister on inside front of the bike?
Oil catch… it’s supposed to trap any excess oil that blows off when running high rpm. Kind of unnecessary for this build but I always liked the way it looked👍🏻
Bro how you get that high off a top speed? I have a predator swapped Coleman bike with a stage 1 no springs tho and it tops out so fast at 30

I had a predator on a mini indian frame. Thing was insane! I've been more scared riding 45mph on 6-8 inches tires than 150 on z1000 ninja 😆

@@MiniMoturd where did you get your custom pegs from??
They were a set of pegs I had from an old BMX bike. Welded the pegs to a bar and then welded that across the frame🏍💨🤙🏻
I was hoping to see a stunted mini
Not yet man, it’s on the list though🤙🏻🏍💨
bro you gotta make more vids with the mini bike so 🔥
I agree man…love that little bike. Working on one for the kz…then the mini is up next🏍💨🤙🏻 thanks for the support👊🏻

I took these bars off of a BMX bike I had and it worked out fine.
