Baja Warrior Mini Bike - Predator 212 Upgrades

We added a new project to the farm. Introducing the Baja Warrior, it has a Predator 212 engine already installed. I decided to make a few upgrades by changing the exhaust and adding an upgraded air filter adapter kit. I try to show you step by step how easy these two modifications are.

You need a larger main jet for the carb. More airflow with the same amount of fuel equals an even leaner running engine.

@@CarianiFarms The common size that comes in many kits is a .037" main jet. I do disagree with that and would run a .035" jet on a mainly stock engine. The stock main jet is a .028".
I have ran the air filter kit with a stock muffler and used a .033 jet. That engine runs very well for coming up on 7 years.

I just got one and have purchased a torque converter for it from Amazon. My budy has one and it does 75 kmph or so.
