Dish soap is crazy. When I wash my dishes my hands get so dry, I can't imagine what it would do to my face.
My Mom always kept a bottle of hand lotion beside the kitchen sink because washing the dishes made her hands so dry. To put that shit on your FACE.
I always wear rubber gloves that go all the way up to my elbows. Keeps my nails healthy.

Right?! My face is sooo damn dry on its own. Using fuckin dish soap would make my face fall apart. It makes my hands so dry I have to moisturize immediately afterwards while my hands are still damp and coat my hands in baby oil.

I’m a licensed esthetician and a client told me she uses RUBBING ALCOHOL as a toner because she’s “so oily” I about died
Sierra Davis this is way too common. Like it’s a common “hack” I see passed around. And if you try and speak to them about how drying alcohols have zero proven skin benefits, are shown to cause dehydration, and are no longer used in many medical settings on wounds because they can tissue death? Nope the studies are wrong apparently because it works for them 🤦♀️

(On the official Vaseline website, it says Vaseline doesn't clog your pores, if it this does, is there any other negative thing that could happen? Please try to help me. Thank you
@@anikaislam2543 vaseline doesn't clog pores. It works as an occlusive, basically that means that it traps the moisture and water in your face, which is why it's really good for someone with really dry skin like the girl in the video.

Okay can I just say we need more people like you on here? Not only do you talk about how products can affect us, but also how they affect the environment. The thing with makeup wipes, I hadn’t even thought of the “how bad they are for the environment” part. I haven’t use makeup wipes in years because they honestly only irritate my skin and I don’t like the feeling the leave afterwards. I definitely need to find some new skin care products. Do you know of anything that can prevent literal stress pimples? I’ve been pretty lucky with my skin so far, I never had acne or anything like that. I’m 25 now, and I maybe get 2-5 pimples a year. But it normally only happens when I have an important event. (And I’m no wiz with covering them up, never have been, I don’t use foundation or cover-up, almost ever. Whenever I tried, all it did was irritate the pimple further.🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️). But if you know of any products that can prevent them, or methods... let a girl know please 🙏🏻😂
