Get Oats Over Night: www.oatsovernight.com/
Here is my Oats Over Night review! This is a pretty cool product that I tried out to see if it is worth the money.
With Oats Over Night starter pack, you will get 3 different flavors, a shaker, and that's it! Here are the instructions:
1. Take the shaker and fill it with 8 ounces of milk (I used almond milk)
2. Open the Oats Over Night pack and dump the contents into the shaker that has the milk (or in my case almond milk)
3. Put the cap of the shaker back on.
4. Shake the shaker.
5. Place the shaker in the fridge overnight.
6. Take out the Oats Over Night shaker and contents.
7. Drink oatmeal. Enjoy.
That's it. Very simple and easy to do, but pricey overall. Try it out and see if you really do enjoy it.

Thanks for not doing a 20 minute review . Very solid and straight forward review.
If its 3 bucks a bag. Thats way better than the school lunch
Thanks for the honest review! I’ve been getting ads like crazy but think I can make something similar for a fraction of the cost.
Review is pretty old, but might still hold up well. Spacestation Gaming backs them and now I get ads all the time from watching their gaming content.
Awesome video..good and straight to the point...
Thanks! It has been a while since I bought it so I may check it out again and see what I think. Thanks for watching 😊
Good review.
Thanks for the review! Personally I don't really want to drink my oatmeal I like to eat it and I like it a little on the thick side and as far as overnight oats there are so many different recipes out there using regular oatmeal and I'm sure it's a lot cheaper than these packets! Some people made the comment about the protein content but just put a scoop of whey protein and there's your flavor and probably sweetness!
Thank you for an HONEST review that actually talks about price. It looks like they lowered the price since your review, but it's still over $3 each. For what it is, that's way too expensive. I'm just going to put (high quality) flavored oatmeal packets in there along with protein shake and... voila! The same thing for a fraction of the price.
No problem! I did make this a while back so it may have changed since then. Thanks for watching :)
Recently saw ads for this on social media. It seems like a great option when you're busy and need a quick, healthy breakfast. I think I'd possibly buy this for the occasional convenience it provides rather than use it as a staple of my diet. Seem a little too pricey to use daily.
Yeah for me it is a bit pricey, however it had been some time since this review so things might have changed. I may look into it again to see what is now being offered.
Oatmeal is 15¢ a serving. Just add a serving of oatmeal in milk with whey. It will cost less than $2 and be more heathier since it wasn't processed.
Yeah I go to Costco and get it in bulk, then just add my own flavors too it. Oats Overnight is nice if you need something to grab and go, but is a bit pricier than making it yourself.
When you get the bigger box you end up paying like 3.50$ a bag with no discount. It’s loaded with protein and doesn’t have all the bad stuff you’d end up getting adding your own flavoring stuff. To me it’s worth it. I’m a blue collar guy and usually just get a gas station burrito or something for my breakfast which is so bad for you and expensive at like 10$ a burrito. So for me it’s way cheaper, healthier and just so much easier cus I don’t have to stop on my way to work or anything and can just grab it from my fridge and go.
It has chia seeds. Should we still drink our chia seeds or is this shake enough
I drink mine around 6:30am and it keeps me full enough till lunch around 11isham sometimes noon.
You couldn’t just add protein powder to oats? I feel like that takes care of the flavor issue, the protein issue and the “bad stuff” issue.
Thanks
I’ve tried these and they are good, good pricing if you make good money. Taste is really good too.
I make my own version which are 50 grams of protein and is far better and way cheaper. The drawback is I do make it myself but it takes about 3 minutes to do so.
@@GamerBody Recipe video?
@@godawgs0229 I am planning on making one soon. I have a few more before it, but hope to have it made in a few weeks :)
That’s not how it works 💀, just cause u make good money doesn’t mean something is good pricing. It’s shit pricing ur just fortunate enough to make good money so it doesn’t affect u as much
@@fearurdemise8835 it’s 3.25 a meal 💀 it’s a good protein breakfast that taste good. The price is fine 😂
I bought mine from Amazon and I really enjoy it bought it for 34 dollars which is cheaper than on the website
Thank you for the reviews. If u put 8 ounces of milk how much of the oatmeal are you putting from the pouch u have from over night oats? If you could tell me that way i just use the same amount when i buy quacker oats
Unfortunately I haven't used this product in years. I may look into it again, but I do not know the answer as of right now.
What is the best way to eat Quaker Oats for muscle building? Should I addd anything? Place in the microwave?
Shouldn't matter. I personally like it in boiled water over the stove but it is more of your preference for how you like to eat it. Don't overthink it too much.
You have to take advantage of the subscription to get the best price $2.60 a bag.
You should do an updated review
Possibly. I may just make a video on what I do with my current oatmeal.
I like that you kept the review short and simple. But that being said overall it's a fail because you do not mention the macros of the product vs regular oatmeal. Which is a big deal. The macros on oats overnight is far superior to standard hot quaker oatmeal. That's part of what your paying for.
Thanks for the feedback.
Just bought a 52 count of quakers flavored oats and 2 bottles of almond milk for about 20 dollars
I just did a video less than 4 minutes long about how to make quick and easy overnight oats!
Nice, yeah I do my own version now which is very easy and makes 33 grams of protein.
@@GamerBody link the video brotha!
I don't have a vid on it yet, but just something I personally make now instead of this product :)
Scoop of your favorite flavored protein powder right before you eat it
Won't matter when you have the protein, just make sure to get your target in each day.
Is it a full meal replacement?
It could be? Depends on how much food you need/how full it makes you. Personally it is not enough for me but this was years ago so things might have changed since.
Its 2.50 per bag 40.00 ÷ 16 serv= 2.50each free shaker bottle
Had no idea they were around that long ago, but seeing people say that $3 is worth it shows how inflation has effected us
I mean, it does have protein in them (more than standard) so I can see the case for it. However, it still seems expensive for oatmeal.
@@GamerBody it's about convenience (for some) most can go out of there way for oatmeal, others would prefer something easier (easier than making oatmeal 😂)
@@senithnyanko6712 for me it’s about convenience and price. Yes it is pricey but if I went out and bought all of the separate items to make it myself I’m honestly spending about the same, sometimes more for different flavors. Like fruits and toppings etc. so I’d rather spend the money to have it all already mixed together with several different flavors.
Can’t you just mix protein powder and oats together
Yup, I actually have a video of me doing that. See one recipe I found I like here: ua-cam.com/video/o32uyJVgAOI/v-deo.html
And it's no where near $5 a bag, it right around $3, $3 for 410 calories 35g of protein super healthy breakfast is alot? Damn...
Yes it is when you can make it yourself for pennies
Better than school breakfast
@@alucard2010you can make it yourself, you're right. But people will complain about this process being around 3 dollars a bag yet go buy an 8 dollar Frappuccino from Starbucks 😂😂
@@allmightyjosh85 not my problem.and irrelevant
@@alucard2010 it's 100% relevant, should I use mcdonalds or burger King as an example then? People waste all kinds of money on dumb things, yet complain about something that's actually worth something. I wasn't aiming my comment at you personally, was just giving an example
Not hard. Add flavored whey, flax, oats, fruit milk and your Done
Bro ur regular oatmeal doesn't have 35g of protein like this has...
It does with 1 scoop of whey.
With whey it does
so what’s the comparison with the price of whey factored..as well as there are several other ingredients not mentioned even..it’s not jus oats and milk..
I started a subscription because I wake up at 4am everyday and don't have time to cook before work. I've been experimenting. At first I liked it but decided to cancel my subscription because it really wasn't satisfying. I would take it to work and drink it in my car before I punched in. I would drink it after 5am and before my first break at 8:30am I was hungry again. I think the price is above 3 dollars for a pack and add milk it's probably almost 4 dollars for something that doesn't last a few hrs. It's a total rip off. Ive never been a huge fan of oatmeal anyway. Another thing I don't like is that you only get 16 "meals" for the price. If it was a 30 day supply it would be worth it but 16 meals? What do I do for the rest of the month?
That is weird you only get 16 meals...
This is exactly my experience, I don't mind the price too much for something with great health benefits but it's NOT worth it if I'm hungry like an hour later! And if they think for a second I'm drinking 2 bottles (that's over 600 per day just for "BREAKFAST" alone) then they've lost it. When something totes 25g of protein - it should feel like you just took in 25g of protein.
What if we drink chia seeds then one of these after
How much quaker oats do you think I should add 8 ounces of milk? If this is going to make me as cut as you and as handsome as you, I will definitely be doing this from now on. Lol
Is it sweet? I’m diabetic.
I haven't tried them in years so it may have changed since I tried these.
How does it work? If I store oats in milk overnight, it won't be drinkable
Honestly not sure as I haven't purchased it again in some time. However it did somehow make the oats softer to allow you to drink it vs if you use just regular oats...
@@GamerBody I think they grind the oats down to a fine powder
@@alucard2010I remember when I did this review a few years back they were actually small oats, not a powder. Not sure if it has changed since but it was like they were half sized outs or maybe cut to be easier to drink/swallow.
@@GamerBody powder was the wrong word. But you get what I mean
Aren’t you leaving out the protein factor Quaker Oats isn’t going to give you anywhere near 20+ grams of protein.
Add in protein powder with milk and you will have more, and it will be cheaper. It does require more ingredients though.
It has a lot of ingredients for that price but keep complaining about the price and they will lower it.
Hallo 👋👏👍😎💖💪
Hi! I hope you are doing well :)
Still think your going to pay the same price, for a jar of protein powder
A jug of protein powder for the price will last longer than these. But, if you want oatmeal and get it quick, it is an option.
Anyone that complains about prices has broke ppl problems 😂😂😂😊
I have tons of broke "me" problems. Look at the inflation of today. You wouldn't believe how many people can't afford normal food let alone these.
@@GamerBody I understand but that’s still not an excuse to not work hard for your money and be able to afford food and other necessities. If you know how to save and keep a good job with good pay, inflation shouldn’t be a problem. Yeah everything has gotten expensive but if you know how to manage your money right and make good financial choices, this wouldn’t be an issue.
With the speed at which inflation has occurred and the lack of increasing wages, I beg to differ. I do pretty well for myself and my family. We all work hard and try to make it, but with the rising costs, it is and will become a major issue (not just in the US, but around the world).
@@GamerBody all we can do is keep going forward. Don’t pray for an easier life, pray to be stronger men.
daddy
Maybe actually talk about the taste next time dude, instead of trying to tell us how it feels to drink oatmeal.
It tastes like standard oatmeal, the texture is the only difference.
$3.60 a bag plus Tax 😂 with $5.50 you can buy a 30 Ounce and they always have coupons so you end up paying $3.50 👌 the only people buying the little bags in the video is the ones that love to get scam 🤷♂️
Yes and no. I think it is more convenience than anything. I personally think it is expensive, but if you don't, it does make it really easy to get in that meal.
