I love your flows and do them now for about a month. But do you think this is enough for the body as a „workout“ or should i incooperate some kind of light strength training? Especially regarding legs and booty? thank you:)
Nothing wrong with having your hips tilt upwards slightly- but it may be easier to find your balance with your hips pointing down due to the distribution of weight being more balanced. Try both ways and see what works best for you :)

i don t like that wprkouts were added to the yoga. I just wanted to stretch
