My girlfriend is from Vietnam, as a result I've been eating Asian food that I would've never thought I'd enjoy. I never thought I'd enjoy seaweed as much as I do. Honestly, it made me realize how much healthier Asian food appears to be. Although I love big fat burgers and authentic Latin American food, I can't help but to also crave Asian foods I can't even pronounce properly.

When I was in college as a starving student,I once tasted fresh scallops from a sushi chef. He served it with a bit of lemon. I was shocked. It was like candy from the sea and melted in my mouth. It was the only time in my life I ever had fresh seafood like that.
