I am so jealous of whoever is making these videos. To be able to travel and eat the foods they get to eat are a dream of mine! Man does that look delicious! I absolutely love sushi and Sashimi. I could only wish for having access to such fresh fish and seafoods. As a chef all I can get here is frozen fish and seafood with the exception of some shellfish as well as crab when it's in season here in my state.
The knife skills are amazing to watch and I can’t believe how much urchin roe that chef put on the squid sushi! I started getting hungry when I saw the broth cooking and upon seeing that I’m going to sign off and make myself something to eat!x

Used to eat Octopus until I found out how smart they are. They can recognise faces and have high level problem solving skills. They also have an amazing memory. Hate the thought of eating something that can work out it's going to be eaten.

The intention is more to massage each tentacle than to look for dirt, actually! The massage softens the octopus meat.
