How could we share this homesteading and cleaning eating journey with ya'll and now give the how and the why. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. My world was shaken, I thought my career was over, and gosh, was I in pain. I went from being on several medications and a debilitating chronic illness to a life that is pain free! I am here to say that I did it, and I hope this helps you dodge all the muck that I had to go through.
This is not medical advice, just my story, my journey of how I overcame the pain and possibly the diagnosis.
