Hi there, thanks... this is really a pretty good vid. It's very the same as what Cybil Lenglore reveals on her homepage. It usually takes five days to show show off beautiful, youthful skin once again, provided that you don’t skip any of the steps.

I liken it a lot. You can use it allnover your face, it will help reduce redness too 🙂

Hello! I also have keratosis pilaris and I have been using the ordinary peel and other of their products but was interested in the niacinamide to help with it. How is your son's skin? I am noticing it start on my son but am nervous about using products on his skin because he is 7 (not the peel of course). Thank you for your video!

Hey! You're welcome! I'm still trying to find the best way to tackle it but this regime has really helped so much. Niacinaminde does help reduce the bumbs. I recently started to incorporate Lactic acid 10% + HA (from the Ordinary too) I see a difference with the ordinary, the bumps have gotten a lot smaller. My sons skin got better as long as he was consistent with it. (He'll be 13 in March...teens lol) for your son maybe try the wash, moisturizer and caffeine solution? The caffeine should reduce redness. But I'd definitely double check with pediatrician. 💕💕

Can you use the lactic acid on your arms!?

Hey! I don't see why not. Definitely do a patch test first. I'm going to try glycolic acid toner on mine because I have the KP a lot there. If you're not used to the acid treatments start with a low dose first 😊

Ana Reczynski thank you so much for replying. I definitely will bc I get it really bad on my arms. I just bought The ordinary lactic acid 10% + HA specifically for that so I hope it does work 😭

I just came across this video because I wasn't sure if anyone else had tried the Ordinary on their KP like I'm doing now. With the border closed I can't get the lotion I use from the States so tried The Ordinary lactic acid 10% and love it beyond words after 3 days. I need it pretty much everywhere and there was a huge difference after 2 days. I'm hoping to use it daily until I get where I want and then every couple days or so. Good luck if you try it!

Dont mention kp if you dont say anything about it. Damn so hard to find a video that does what it says

Hey there. So this is a Follow Up video for products to use for KP. Previous video mentions my KP and why I chose these products. If you look under my skin care videos I cover products on how to manage it. (Keratosis Pilaris)
Do you have a specific question you would like me to answer? Let me know I'm happy to answer your questions to my best ability. 😉

@@AnaReczynski Sorry for the hard reaction. I was getting frustrated by my own overthinking. I am already days searching for the best products 😅 there are so many and i view so much videos to see the outcome of a specific product on kp. I was checking for the products of the ordinary. But i bought them, so, done overthinking and comparing. I just need to let it go

@@artiliciousv I understand your frustration ❤ its difficult to manage it...I still have my flare ups and it's my biggest insecurity. The products that I found the best relief with were the AHA BHA Peeling Solution, Lactic Acid And Glycolic Acid.
I would do Glycolic acid and Lactic Acid...the Aha Bha Peeling solution 1 - 2 times a week. If you're new to chemical peels start that once a week for only a few minutes but def don't go over 10 min. I really hope it helps❤

@@AnaReczynski thx. I actually bought products from different brands. Kp first aid scrub, the ordinary 30% peel that you have also, then the ordinary retinol serum, and the glycolic toner 7% also like you have. I still have a cleanser with salicylic acid and a moisturizer that the pharmaceut made for me with high % of salicylic acid and urea in vaseline at home. I want to use those up first lol. I have kp on my butt and legs... when i was with my boyfriend, it was really something that made me insecure. Doctor said it was from sweating 🤷‍♀️ but in winters it was also like that, plus my butt doesn't sweat that much right 🤣... he never mentioned kp. I bought a small microscope last week and noticed its all like small bumps, like chicken skin. So i went searching and so started everything. Hope i can see some difference
