Aztec Clay mud mask is the best on bug bites!! It sucks out the “toxin” from the bug, reduces swelling, reduces itching, it’s really good to keep in your medicine cabinet. And it’s good to spot treat pimples, pulls it out and dries it out.

I think what would be really helpful is a video on how to layer scincare products, and what products to use at what time of day. If you're new to skincare this can be very confusing. Combining the wrong products can actually cause quite some damage whereas layering incorrectly can render some products useless. I think a lot of people need a guide on how to get the most out of your scincare and make it effective!

Using The Ordinary’s Peeling solution is one of the products that has helped me cure (yes, cure) my acne. My skin doesn’t turn over like it should and the sticky, dead skin cells cause clogged pores. I have been using this peel for about a year now and I still don’t leave it on for more than 5 minutes. If you damage your skin barrier with leaving peels, acids on for too long, it will undo all the benefits. The skin-barrier’s health IS the most important thing in achieving healthy, clear skin.

I visited countless dermatologists but most of the time I ended up with some overpriced cosmetics or strong acne solutions which make my skin dry, inflamed, and flaky. Nobody truly explained to me about active ingredients or what could be truly beneficial for me. Thanks to your videos I updated my skincare routine a lot and after one month and a half, I already see improvement and results. Also, my skincare routine is much more fun for me :) So once again, thank you! ❤️

What you're dermatologist won't tell you is acne starts from within I too have struggled eith acne for 14 years, finally cured it after doing an elimination diet, stopped using all skincare and brought things back one at a time to see what my body was reacting to, turns out I'm lactose intolerant. 80% of my cystic acne went away after 2 weeks. Now I have hormonal to deal with but that's a different ballgame. Also look into face mapping. It will tell you about the different kind of acne and which organs are distressed. And the locations and what type of acne you're dealing with, as with everything take what is useful about my comment and disregard the rest. Just trying to help another sufferer!

@@0mfgeeze lactose intolerance would have shown up with severe digestive issues after milk consumption... That honestly sounds more like a casein problem. I could be wrong though! Good that you found a contributing factor. I struggled severely with hormonal cystic acne when I was younger and am still on the pill because I am terrified of it ever coming back (my sister has the same issue and when she stopped taking the pill her skin was a mess for two years). I also have a complex metabolic issue (severe histamine intolerance) which causes weird outbreaks sometimes... So yes, if it is real acne there normally is a reason "within".

I'm someone with dry skin and my skin is a little bit sensitive but not too much. The first time I started out with skincare was years ago in high school. I saw this recipe where you use 3/4 of water and 1/4 of apple cider vinegar. I use this every night for a week. And I had a huge chemical burn on my forehead it was a black patch that soon had a shell that formed in the healing process. Everyone in school had asked me are you okay oh my God what happened to your forehead. I would tell them it's a chemical burn from some skincare that I did it's fine. I had to explain what happened to everyone for a month until it got better. So I will never use apple cider vinegar again cuz it just did not agree with my skin even though I really did dilute it a lot and didn't use it for a long time. However my sister swears by apple cider vinegar and it has cured a lot of her facial and back acne. So it just depends on your skin. We all have different reactions to ingredients.

I then said that I would use for 1 week to see if it made me breakout or turn me red; OMG again! This has been the best cleanser for my face (mixed w/some distilled water). I'll let it sit on my face when I need a little x-tra for about a 1-2 mins. or so then rinse. My skin is usually clear because I eat well and drink water but I’ve had times when I’ve had small pimples all over and it kept spreading with scratching, one mask with ACV and my skin is smooth, clear, all bacteria gone. I have the bentonite clay mask. When mixed with only water, it has a reaction and turns to a hard clump and is unusable. The apple cider vinegar does not have this reaction, and makes the clay into a smooth applicable mask. I use half water and half cider for this reason.

I do it once a week and my skin always looks so fresh and bright afterwards. By the end of the week it’s close to red and uneven again.
