Thank you so much for this detailed video of your bundler. I know I asked you sometime ago for the measurements and really appreciate the video. Great job thank you
Thanks James. I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s done all I’ve asked of it so far and then some. For less than $100 in it, I have zero complaints. Like any fabrication, there will be tweaks and adjustments as you go but that’s the fun in it for me 👍🏻 I appreciate you watching and commenting.
See those cold temperatures are getting deep in the south. It was freezing up here a few days ago in PA I’d like your firewood bundler very nice. I made one on my channel for a bagging system.👍
It’s been a relative mild fall here. It’s been really dry, but finally starting to cool off and rain. I appreciate it! I’ll have to go back and check out your bagging system
@@McKameyFarmshow far are you from Oneida, TN? I might be interested in buying one. I built a manual bundle maker from black iron pipe; works ok but not nearly as fast and easy as this style! Tim in Oneida

It’s a 48 tooth that I drilled out to 1” for the shaft. It’s a little less than 4:1 ratio and I think it’s just right. Here’s the link www.amazon.com/dp/B08VVWY3F9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I appreciate it 👌🏻 I’ll put the link here. I used a 48 tooth sprocket. I tried to keep it basically a 4:1 ratio between it and the drive sprocket Jeremywell #35 Roller Chain Sprocket A Type 5/8" Bore 48 Tooth a.co/d/3KH4naa
9" high by 12" wide bundle of 16" firewood gives you a cubic foot of firewood. I know your customers appreciate your generosity, though. By the way, your guests are almost as interesting as your bundler. They can steal the show.
You had me scared there for a second. I had to measure my mark!! I said 9” in the video but my mark is actually at 7” 😅😅 It should come out to 0.7778 ft³, so just a tad over 0.75 ft³. I was really worried there for a second and I was second guessing myself. I appreciate the comment 👍🏻

You’re welcome Bill. I hope this gets you what you were looking for 👌🏻Let me know if you have any other questions.
James from ky. Your bundler is as good as any I've seen. I will be building one for myself just like it. Thanks for the video

Thanks for the overview of your bundler, very well built!
Thanks Tony, It’s done really well so far 👌🏻
Thanks for the details!! Very informative.
Yes sir! I appreciate you watching 👌🏻
Morning , that is a fine bundler . I need to tackle making one of these . Thanks for sharing !!! 🪵🔥👍🏻
Thanks Del, it wasn’t bad at all to build and honestly not alot of material

Great breakdown. Well built machine.
I appreciate it. It’s done well for me so far 👍🏻
Awesome! Thanks for breaking it down Brandon👍👍
Appreciate it Jeremiah. I had a lot of requests for measurements so hopefully this helps out 👌🏻

You’re welcome! It’s been working good for me. I’m about to wrap another 100 bundle order 👍🏻
I’m glad it helped. If you have any other questions just let me know
Great details in your video. Thank you.
Thank you 😊
Great job on your bundler
Thank you. I’m pretty pleased with it 👍🏻 I like building things like this and hopefully I can help others who are thinking about building one as well
Sold!!!! I’ll double your money and send you $160🤣 Nice job on that bundler Brandon👍🏻👍🏻
😂😂 it’s definitely paid for itself a few times over already. If shipping wasn’t so much, I’d think about making a few to sell 🤔 Thank you Todd!

Great job started making one yesterday what are you using to keep the wrap centered on the rod
I’m using some 1/2” thick plastic that I cut out and screwed together to create a “spool”
Thanks
Nice job! You mentioned the smaller sprocket was about 15 teeth, how many teeth on the other one and do you find the ratio to be good?

Sorry. Someone else already made the observation. I didn't read all the comments first.
No problem, I just appreciate you watching and commenting John 👍🏻 yep the donkeys are not camera shy one bit! 😂
I do 10 wraps how many do you do?
I’m usually do between 4 to 5, put my label in and then usually 3 more. So between 7 or 8 per bundle.
What is the distance on the front to the inside support for the wood?
It’s 16” from the red cradle section to the front of the U-Shaped black cradle
@@McKameyFarms I need the distance from front of machine to the first cradle. I know it’s 16inches between the two cradles
Sorry about not making myself clear. It’s a great build and I started mine today
What length of wrap do you use
I use 12”
Here is the Amazon Link to what I bought. I get about 125 or so bundles out of a roll
