I actually like your clean shaven look! It really brings out the color of your eyes and makes you look younger. As for Oklahoma, I lived there 2 yrs and revisited for a few days Las summer. High winds, huge large giant hailstones that damage your vehicle, and electrical storms so violent, you think you're gonna die! Otherwise, a nice state.
Clean cut looking Eric and Miranda, Looking nice and new. Thanks for the RV wash info. was going to go there but was afraid of the power washers. Now I know about the hand brush wash I will give it a try.
Eric, when you’re getting ready to leave and before you bring the slides in, make sure Jax is where you can see him, hasn’t gotten behind the slide, and will be crushed when you retract the slide. I’d hate for something to happen to him. Safe travels and love to Jax.
Yes. We have a good system for the slides. He gets 1 treat per slide. That way he's right at my side while each slide is going out or coming in. :) Already, all I have to say is "slides, Jax" and he knows it's treat time. Haha.
Nomadic Fanatic That’s great, Eric. Unfortunately, too many kitties have been crushed accidentally. So glad you and Jax have got a great system worked out.
Just had a great time on the video today. I lived in Oklahoma for a year and I remember that wind and weather. Jax seems to be so happy with his new home! Jax in that closet was priceless! I love the new decorations (great taste). That lamp made it seem so homey! That truck wash was great! You look with or without the furry face! Thanks for all the fun today!
Hey Eric, you might put some threadlocker on those nuts on your wheels, it's a liquid you put on the threads before putting the nuts on and it keeps them from vibrating loose. There are many kinds but you would need the blue medium strength Permatex 24010, it's sold at walmart or any auto parts store.
Thanks for the video. I’ve always wondered how the truck wash worked. I was afraid it would leak into the RV because of those high pressure wands. Another fine lesson you taught me.
I had a 37 foot class A a while ago and had to use truck washes. It was a pain to constantly find a place to get it clean. I now have a 21 foot class-B that I can wash in a normal car wash, and I love it...
Clean shaving is just as good as not!! Anyway you are keep on sharing! Jax doesnt care how you look with animals it's your scent. Thanks gor sharing the truck wash as we will need it for ours..
Thank you for sharing your experience with Blue Beacon. We were just talking with another RVer about that today. We were worried about the pressure washing. So thank you for letting us know about the brush/handwash option and your experience with their service.
It really is wonderful seeing you doing so well. I love that you and Jax have such a nice big home now. Friends are good for the soul. Another great video!
It's nice seeing your baby face. Consider putting thread lock tape on those wheel bolt that loosen up so easily. Wishing you and Jax safe travels. Keep up the good work.
The rocks are to keep trucks from driving on the grass. You were smart to choose the brush washing. Jax is such a cutie! He seems to love the new home. Glad you're meeting up with some friends. Enjoy.
Good deal on the motor home wash. Love your sleeping arrangements with Jax. No big deal on the beard. We don't care whether you have a beard or not, it is the content that matters. And your content is always good.
Happy birthday to Jax! I have an 18 yr old poodle. Challenging, but what can I say? He's family! LOUD snoring and all! Lol!! Safe journey little brother!!
" HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAX " 4/23/2010 Nine yr old and counting. May you have 9 more at least JAX Man. It was very nice of Eric, your Human to care for u. But remember you picked Him 9 yrs ago. Eric what day was Jax Born in 2010. Thanks to you both for all the good & ruff early years you have shared with all of us ! !
Love Blue Beacon - I'm not up to washing a 34ft class A. Drive through and I'm done in 20 minutes. The ones I use (maybe all) are open 24hrs a day so I show up at non peak hours like 6 am or 11pm. No wating.
Our class A has 22.5" rims and also has the simulators. The two lug nuts that hold them on have a dimple on the side. Not suppose to be hand tight. Tighten them up. An hour and ten minutes with the wait time is not too bad. I washed our 39' coach the other day and it took me an hour and ten miutes. Nice RV Eric. Safe travels.
I'd say that the rocks are there to keep the Swift driver's off the grass. That doesn't always happen though, because then they end up on the rocks. LOL!
I look forward to Eric making Miranda more of his own with all of his unusual and unique touches. I know he's a little lonely, but I'm thankful he looks like he's managing to be happy. Wishing him the best always. 🙂
We have had a leak before from the truck wash blasting a seal off . Now we know to just check the seals after we go through to washing our rv at a truck wash. They also broke our tail light off but gave us a $100 cash for breaking it . This was at blue beacon . Otherwise we love how clean the rig looks lol. Safe travels .
Just a helpful hint Wax your slides and then take a old sock with baby powder and wipe down your slide rubber it will stop the black marks when your bring slides in and out. 😁 nice rv , you look much happier.
RV looking good! So sorry about the lost footage, I'm sure you worked very hard on it😥😫 Really High Winds in Oklahoma this time of the year, just wait that will change...lol Jax man is so funny! "Best Cat Ever"!!!🐈💞
Eric there are LOTS! of Great Clips around the nation and they charge $5 for a beard trim. You can get the professional to trim and shape the beard goatee etc one time amonth and use your beard trimmer in between and it will stay in great shape.
We visited Blue Beacon last year while on our first road trip and stopped at one located in GA. I was so impressed with the service and especially the price. We had our fifth wheel washed/detailed at home base last year and the going prices these days (including tip) is around $300. From my research it is a good price, but when I round out that Blue Beacon only charged me around $50 (including the truck) I was extremely pleased with the price. I also paid extra for a brush wash. I think the only thing I didn't care for was that they really do move fast while washing so we didn't get that really good detailed wash and hand wax, but all in all we were very happy, and you can't bet the price. I'd definitely do it again. I totally agree about the rocks. It was a tight squeeze for us going down the road, but manageable. We waited about an hour for our wash. Thanks for another great video Eric! Peace & Love! Have a Glamtastic Day! 👍😀🌈🤪🌈😎🌈😍
I'm just north of the Oklahoma border. The winds have been horrible here for days now. I can not imagine driving your rig in wind like this ! Stay safe ! Great video and loved seeing Jax so comfy on your clothes! Lol !! Your no dummy Jax !!
Awesome Video, Eric! Im happy to see you doing so well. I think the blanket and lamp look good in the bedroom! Thanks for showing us! You look really good with the clean shave but I also like the hair too.
: Thanks for the video and the information on the RV wash. I've often wondered about those and whether or not I could take my truck and truck camper and have it washed. I think you've answered the question and I appreciate it. Safe travels.
Driving a class A vs. a class C in the wind is a huge difference. Worst wind gust I had in mine was going over the Ship Canal Bridge on I-5 in Seattle. Blew me clear into the next lane. Luckily there was no one in that lane.
I used the streakin' Beacon a lot while truckin'. You get a underwash spray there, too. Pull up to the entrance and you can vacuum the inside while you wait. They put a light acid on the top before they rinse it. Acid on the bad spots below. 😉 I like the rainex option too. Disabled, I use the Beacon or other truck washes along the way
I am actually surprised the washdown was under 50 bucks. Good deal. My Pacific Coast simulators screwable lugs have a dimple on them to indicate they are the ones to loosen/tighten. On my rig the simulators need to be 'centered' properly or the lugs do not tighten properly. Oh, you think they are.....
Regarding the Streakin Beacon (Blue Beacon) Truck wash... they use acid to clean your vehicle, it cleans well but it takes off any wax you may have on the paint. Also, it’s not not good for the vinyl decals on your rig. Lastly, don’t get in line behind a car hauler, they take forever to wash.
I have a 20ft,class b,charge of $60 bucks for upgrade brush wash, like you had to wait about an hour and person put pressure wash on my roof vent and took water inside,so your right about telling wash guys about specific rv precautions with spray.
It looked like you had Pacman fever with your coffee lol😉 It appears that Jax is very comfy in the new RV with finding his little hiding place in the closet. I have wondered about taking my RV to a truck wash, lots of great info there. Thank You Very Much Eric. Sorry to hear about all of the video that you lost, but this was definitely a great video and I enjoyed it very much🙂
The spare bunk bed space can be converted into a laundry room. Just install a washer and dryer where one of the bunk beds were on the bottom. Then your mobile RV will be a real home on wheels. Beacon Lights Truck wash is a good place to wash you RV/Truck. They use a green chemical that desolves any dirt, grease, and oil residue on the paint surface. I recomend washing your RV once a month. "WELL BLOW ME DOWN!!" "THAT THERE WIND IS POWERFULLY STRONG IN THE OKY STATE!!" "WATCH OUT!!" "YOUR RV MIGHT WANT TO TAKE A NAP ON IT'S SIDE!!!"
We were driving in the wind on the 19th and it ripped out awning off the RV and blew it up and over the top of camper, guess I will be getting a new awning now.
I don't know why but my heart sank when you said you was going into a truck Wash... With your luck I had visions of your solar panels being ripped off by those roller brush cleaners. I was relieved to see that it was n fact a hand wash.. I can't believe jax is almost 9 already.
I learned to fold my clothes inside out when I had my cats. All of them knew how to open closets and drawers. Kept the fur off from the outside. I always had to check the drawers and closets to be sure no cat got closed inside of it lol ✌❤😎
Your naked face looks just fine Eric. No worries bro. And Jax is so cool, I’m glad you have your best friend so close. You take care of each other. Take good care and safe travels.✌🏼
Eric, old truck driver here... They put the rocks so once you’re in there you have to wait because sometimes the waits are terrible but your stuck 😎
You're right about that.
Jax seems to love his big new RV.
Yes the wind blows long and hard in Texas and Oklahoma. My old man said that the wind blows so hard it took three men to closes a Barbed wire gate lol
Eric, when you’re getting ready to leave and before you bring the slides in, make sure Jax is where you can see him, hasn’t gotten behind the slide, and will be crushed when you retract the slide. I’d hate for something to happen to him. Safe travels and love to Jax.

Nomadic Fanatic That’s great, Eric. Unfortunately, too many kitties have been crushed accidentally. So glad you and Jax have got a great system worked out.
Jax needs his stroller action and fresh air. He loves the stroller.
Clean face is nice!! Love that Jax found a hide a way! 🤣 careful driving in that wind, not worth a wreck!! Heaven can wait for you!
I have never been to Oklahoma, but I have been to Regina, Saskatchewan, where the wind only stops to change direction.
I worked at a Blue beacon years ago, you definitely do not want those pressure washers on your RV they are a lot more powerful than a car wash 👍
CampingwiththeKellys and unless you get a triple rinse it will leave it all streaked
CampingwiththeKellys us truckers call that place The Streakin Beacon...
How sweet that Jax still has his woobie blanket. I'm glad you're meeting up with friends. Have fun!
Loved this video as well. Safe travels Eric!!!!! Jax you rule baby
Jax was following the rules -- clean laundry is a cat magnet.
Yeah that makes washing your RV a lot easier. Another great video keep up the good work. You have a good day and keep smiling
You must be loving the new rig...more space, leveling jacks, slideouts. Nice step up.
Its too big, he'll be down sizing within 3 months....cheers
Thanks for the video. I’ve always wondered how the truck wash worked. I was afraid it would leak into the RV because of those high pressure wands. Another fine lesson you taught me.
Happy belated birthday to Jax!
That RV setup is so many light years ahead of where you’ve been. Love to watch the growth Eric!
The RV looks good and Cozy man . You and Jax look like your living it up !
Pipe thread sealant works well to not "lock" a nut or bolt, but to keep it from easily spinning loose.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Blue Beacon. We were just talking with another RVer about that today. We were worried about the pressure washing. So thank you for letting us know about the brush/handwash option and your experience with their service.
Eric you need to buy and have on all time a NOAA Weather Alert Radio during the Tornado season
I have a NOAA Radio also, but my Weather app does really well. It tells me immediately when there's a Tornado or lightening and how far away.
ExRE_Sapper yeah but unless you can out run bad weather its useless
@@nomadicfanatic Tornado alley very important. Getting to peak season
Stay Safe
It really is wonderful seeing you doing so well. I love that you and Jax have such a nice big home now. Friends are good for the soul. Another great video!
My husband said "HELL YES YOU WASH AN RV! He washes our class A at least twice a week!💖💖💖
Easy answer is yes Blue Beacon washes RV’s. The high pressure will mess with your frig sensor and you may need to reset it.
RV looks great. You and Jax are super comfy.
No beard, Lookin good! As long as Jax still recognizes u, it's all good. Happy Safe Travels.
Thanks for the tip on brush washing instead of power washing. Very nice video!
Good decision to start from scratch! Thanks for sharing.
My husband washed our motor home with vinegar and a Mr. Clean sponge while we were at a Campgound it came out great.
Happy birthday to Jax!
I have an 18 yr old poodle. Challenging, but what can I say? He's family! LOUD snoring and all! Lol!!
Safe journey little brother!!
“From scratch” looks good Eric! Safe & fun travels!

Eric. When you have time can you compare your class a to your old class c? Pros and cons.
I'd say that the rocks are there to keep the Swift driver's off the grass. That doesn't always happen though, because then they end up on the rocks. LOL!
Thanks for another great video. I really enjoyed it.
Looks like you’re getting everything sussed in Miranda, and making her your own.
Happy Trails
I look forward to Eric making Miranda more of his own with all of his unusual and unique touches.
I know he's a little lonely, but I'm thankful he looks like he's managing to be happy.

Wax your slides and then take a old sock with baby powder and wipe down your slide rubber it will stop the black marks when your bring slides in and out. 😁 nice rv , you look much happier.
After a long wet winter - I need one of those truck washes for my RV. I think something that would help is a good buff...
The reading light is essential, great move. Nice bedding. Go find your friends 🤗
Happy Easter, and Happy birthday Jax.
Nice taking time out for friends!! Happy Easter to you and Jax!!
Happy Birthday Jax!!
Good morning Eric and Jax! New look...looks good.
RV looking good!
So sorry about the lost footage, I'm sure you worked very hard on it😥😫
Really High Winds in Oklahoma this time of the year, just wait that will change...lol
Jax man is so funny! "Best Cat Ever"!!!🐈💞
Nice video! I love the way the RV looked. You look great without the beard. Happy Trails!!!!
Love the clean shaven look. Makes you look younger and brings out your eyes. It was a good accident!!!
Thanks for sharing your video see yah Eric and Jax hugs always
Eric there are LOTS! of Great Clips around the nation and they charge $5 for a beard trim. You can get the professional to trim and shape the beard goatee etc one time amonth and use your beard trimmer in between and it will stay in great shape.
Funny I had the same issue last night with my beard, this morning we are both cleanly shaven, safe travels Eric.
We visited Blue Beacon last year while on our first road trip and stopped at one located in GA. I was so impressed with the service and especially the price. We had our fifth wheel washed/detailed at home base last year and the going prices these days (including tip) is around $300. 👍😀🌈🤪🌈😎🌈😍
Good info on the truck wash. Thanks. Hoping to find one around my neck of the woods. Jax is such a cool cat! 😻 Closet napping. Too funny!
Lost footage sucks I’ve done the same thing. Luckily you’re always making quality great footage!!! Good to see the rig is still in one piece!
Losing footage is a pain, but at least the winds were kind and Miranda stayed right side up. Great video! Thank you Eric, safe travels!👍🏼🤘🏼😎
I have that same comforter set on my bed. Safe travels. 🚍🐾😊
You look great with a clean shave. I think others would agree.
AAAAWWWW, the kitty cat always makes my day...so cute....happy traveling!
I bet that is hard to keep between the lines in the winds we've had lately. Stay safe out there. :)
That was my favorite fishing spot when I was a kid. I used to stand on that big rock and catch crappie all the time.
I just wanna say I so enjoy your videos Eric. Hopefully I will see you and Jax’s on the road some day. Happy travels.
I'm just north of the Oklahoma border. The winds have been horrible here for days now. I can not imagine driving your rig in wind like this ! Stay safe ! Great video and loved seeing Jax so comfy on your clothes! Lol !! Your no dummy Jax !!
Welcome to the great plains. Thats why I left. You could set your clock when the wind starts, at sunrise and stops at sunset.
Awesome Video, Eric! Im happy to see you doing so well. I think the blanket and lamp look good in the bedroom! Thanks for showing us! You look really good with the clean shave but I also like the hair too.

Oh, you think they are.....
You're doing good Eric! Day by day & it will get easier. Thanx for the Awesome Vlogs of your life.
Nice tip using the "Blue Beacon Truck Wash" for the RV. We used Lazy Days wash service and it was over $75. This place is more affordable.
Regarding the Streakin Beacon (Blue Beacon) Truck wash... they use acid to clean your vehicle, it cleans well but it takes off any wax you may have on the paint. Also, it’s not not good for the vinyl decals on your rig. Lastly, don’t get in line behind a car hauler, they take forever to wash.
nice to see you doing ok.. HAPPY EASTER,,,
I have a 20ft,class b,charge of $60 bucks for upgrade brush wash, like you had to wait about an hour and person put pressure wash on my roof vent and took water inside,so your right about telling wash guys about specific rv precautions with spray.
Jax is so funny. Usual where you put your clothes are called Wardrobe. You will have to call yours the Jaxdrobe.
Perhaps a Jax-in-a-box
You look good all cleaned up !
Like the old sailer said , barleypops before trimming pretty risky .
It looked like you had Pacman fever with your coffee lol😉
It appears that Jax is very comfy in the new RV with finding his little hiding place in the closet.
I have wondered about taking my RV to a truck wash, lots of great info there. Thank You Very Much Eric.
Sorry to hear about all of the video that you lost, but this was definitely a great video and I enjoyed it very much🙂
You look fine clean shaven. Jax likes the peace and quiet of a closet too.
The best part about shaving off a beard is that you can get started on the next one immediately!
The spare bunk bed space can be converted into a laundry room. Just install a washer and dryer where one of the bunk beds were on the bottom. Then your mobile RV will be a real home on wheels. You look good clean shaven. I was concerned with solar panels at the Beacon Truck wash I glad they took care of you!
Looking great Eric glad to know about the Rv wash. Safe travels.
I don't know why but my heart sank when you said you was going into a truck Wash... With your luck I had visions of your solar panels being ripped off by those roller brush cleaners. I was relieved to see that it was n fact a hand wash.. I can't believe jax is almost 9 already.

You and the motorhome look very neat .
Eric, I have been told, and found that it does work, if you re-format your card within the camera about every month or so, it will stop most issues.
