Keep it up, it’s a great relationship to have with your kids, that’s the one I had with my dad. He’s almost 70 and still kicks my butt in jiu jitsu and running. I got him in the weight lifting department though lol.

i eat 4-5 times a day , very heavy meals ...yet im stuck at 75 kilos and look like you, im 5.7 ...i alternate between 10kilometre runs and hiit training before my boxing /kickboxing session and in the end , try to do some squats , pushups , pullups for functional strength ..some people have faster metabolism i guess
i tried going on a low carb diet and my energy levels tanked. I feel very good after eating a bowl of some grass fed organic lean ground beef with some organic pasta in some Rao's marinara sauce. My only supplements are microzinc, vitamin D3 and vitamin b12 jabs. I eat salmon , albecore tuna and sardines a few times a week to cover them omegas. Most importantly is good sleep and keeping anxiety/stress at bay

Great content, thank you. My core and abdominal area is one of my attributes. I have been down to 8% and a bit below fat a few times in my life. I’ve never had a six pack! Individuals say go to 5% fat! No way, that’s pushing the limits. My father was exactly the same in the freakin army. Could never see his abs. That has to be genetics, that has to be a level of fat that could only be removed SURGICALLY to see my abs. Thoughts?
as for me my father didn't really have any crazy abs. for me, in this vid i'm not as lean as i usually am. my abs are still vivible and to me that is because i work my abs a lot. they pop out more. if you look in other vids my abs look crazy. just through lots of ab work and sticking to a diet that helps to recoup my muscles, they show more. on top of the amount of cardio that i do, my metabolism is kinda sky high. you would have to do a combo of both cardio and muscle building to really show some muscle shape

No way you were down at 8% then. Everyone is different some people have a 6 pack at 18% body fat, but everyone should have visible abs once you hit 10%. If not you seriously need to build up your core muscles. I was a 4 sport athlete up until I was 21. A lot of it is building your base over time then it’s easy to maintain. Now I’m in my 30’s. 6’3” 205 lbs at around 10% bf. I pretty much eat whatever the hell I want. But I run 3 miles a day, lift weights, shadow box stay active. Im also on my feet 10+ hours a day at work with no breaks so with the little kids I am pretty much on my feet from 4:30 am to 8pm. Just build that base up over years and then maintain. There’s no short cut, that’s why it’s so important to get kids active and in sports.

yes!!! my metabolism is kinda fast as well but i see that if i eat more frequently, my energy is not as high. this took me a lot of trial and error
