Losing weight rapidly= Cut carbohydrates to a minimum. Take long long walks everyday.(at least 3 hours). Drink extra water when you are hungry but you already ate your daily calories. Don't go to bed hungry,at least eat a salad and then sleep. Lift weights according to your energy. That's it. You will see your ripped self soon.
No idea how old Mr Cantere is but I like to hear his advice on men over 50. I'm 52 and have had a hard time with motivation at the gym and have just recently took a boxing boot camp class at my gym and it was a smoke scission for sure.

Without getting to into it, I've been looking at lots of advice for self-improvement over the past year and a half and I feel like the key concept of vision is lost on me. I don't have a vision for the future or myself and as much as I've struggled to, I can't come up with anything concrete. I can enjoy the process of improving on things but can't exactly visualize the end goal(s) of that improvement and it makes a lot of things feel equally pointless as they are meaningful. I'm not sure if that makes all that much sense but I don't have many people I can discuss it with so I'll leave it here if anyone has anything to say.
The worth is the work....muscles are the by--product. IF YOU SPEND 18 MINUTES A DAY 100 HOURS A YEAR YOU WILL BE BETTER THAN 95% OF THE WORLD IN THAT DISCIPLE....
I started doing boxing and lost 10 pounds pretty quick went from 230 to 220, then I stopped for 3months and went up to 240, now I've been back in boxing for 2 months now and haven't lost any weight, I think it might have something to do with hormones because I'm not really earing junk food I eat pretty clean and workout at the gym when I'm not at boxing
Impossible, if you’re burning more calories than comes in you will lose weight no matter what, if you burn 3000 calories and eat 1500 calories, that means you lost in total 1500 calories, anything else defies the laws of energy
