the true advice you give is beautiful man, most people do it just to promote a training course or something along those lines, but you truly give the advice that worked for you and that I respect. staying true to your higher self is a game changer
Train hard and be kind! Great mantra - who could not love that? Lengthy, but quality summary of what it means to be committed! Commitment involves pain. Commitment involves sacrifice. The concept of commitment itself is absent in societies globally, not just in those in the West. Because commitment especially involves self-denial in an age of global Hedonism. At some point it cannot be disputed that self-denial feels good, even in the most painful moments. Well said. Well documented, depicted, demonstrated ... all of it. God bless you brother, and God bless all who are on this track. Never quit at any worldly cost! The pain is worth it. We reap what we sow. Nothing more, nothing less.
Motivation thank you second week 300 push-ups today didn't get thev300 squats yesterday only 150. It's start got my grandson s doing it as well . Thanks brother God bless you
I needed this bro, I went from being out of shaped to ripped/in condition, then I went complacent. Your video are helping me get in the right headspace to get back into that grind
its always those moments when we reached our peak that we can become lost!!! i've experienced it a lot and hopefully i can help to keep pushing our levels!!!
Man if i see this dude on the street i would change my way and tell myself better not to make this loco mad but he is one of the nicest dudes I've ever seen jajajaj
Super inspirational video brother. I was at 225 in April and wanted to start losing weight but then I had an Achilles rupture while doing Muay Thai. I started lifting weights to motivate myself and now I’m 215, I know I could’ve lost more but until now did not understand the type of commitment I needed to have until I watched this video. I had those hungry nights just as you were describing but always found a way to convince myself that I need to eat and that this pain I’m feeling isn’t good which lead to binge eating. So now I know what I need to do thanks to you, it’s a journey but I feel inspired to keep going at this. I want to be able to just wear shorts and shoes just like you hahah. Keep at the videos man your a beast bro.
I really needed to see this to fully, fully commit. I’ve been building muscle eating whatever for a while now this convinced me to finally cut down and get lean.
Great advice, my brother! Most people think that there is a magic secret to success. In reality, when people hear how simple the answer actually is, they tend to think, "No, there's gotta be more to it than just self-discipline and stay committed to yourself.
i was that same way!!! it takes some time to learn this but full commitment and unweavering focus will always be the key!!! hope you are having a great day my bro!!!
This resonated with me so much. Ur words literally touched my heart. Ur humbleness directness straight to the point no b.s and words of motivation that are centered on what matters discipline and commitment is what got me. Love ur videos brother. I hope u resize the impact u have on other people lives. I appreciate u brother
Man you’re so motivating! New dad now and gained some weight but you got me moving any way I can to lose it. You make it so simple and achievable. You help us not over think and make something hard into an adventure. God bless man truly 🙏🏼
That reminds me when I first lost weight. 3 months of spartan discipline with food. And insane amounts of working out. But I was COMMITTED to looking closer to Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'm still on that journey 😂 but I got closer. Taught me positive visualisation. Arnold and greats teach this in their books. Once you have a vision the process just becomes WORK to achieve it. You do what it takes. Love ❤
I gone from 80 kg in shape to 98 kg muscels + fat, gone down to 76 very shreadded, one month ago was about 102 kg, mostly fat but now again hunting the abbs, 4x a Week boxing only keep going, Tank you
I appreciate your videos so much man because I know you’re not bullshitting and there is no ego, just love. The message of self love and care over pleasure is a great one and one we tend to forget. This is exactly what I needed to hear, thank you 😊
Much love brother. I find that just cooking our own food helps stay great. No boxed anything or crap. Easy for me but some people don't realize that stuff is all they have. You did just give me the motivation to get down to my best weight though.
Thank you for sharing your experiences Chez! It really helps when you hear the ACTUAL TRUTH and the blood/sweat/tears, not fairy tales… I also went through the hunger pains but couldn’t stay committed and gave up. But your story was identical to mine MINUS my lack of commitment. You made clear to me the missing ingredient. COMMITMENT Appreciate you brother 🙏🏼
I genuinely appreciate all of your videos man. I needed to hear this now and I know others did as well. Sometimes something like this will come along and truly inspire right when it is needed the most.
Thanks Chez, a true inspiration.. I stopped drinking recently and replaced it with training... Struggling to lose the paunch now so will take heed to the instruction and commit to no nasty carbs and sugars and have a cleaner diet while training... Keep doing what you do bro it's great work🔥✌️from South Africa
I like the way your love your body. A lot people have a nice physique and they don’t feel happy with their body. They always think of getting more and more without being thankful for what they already have
to each their own. i think because i use my body as a way to express love and strength, im in total aww of my body when it responds to my every command
Avoid anything with sucralose or artificial sweetners. Check ingredients as its in protein shakes, bars, yogurts, pre workout, energy drinks. Eat natural stuff. Sugar is better than sweetners as you can burn it off.
i am in the same situation as you were. I have completely given up on myself for the past several years now.. I was once a fitness addict that was in peak condition and was the happiest ever in my life. Unfortunately, I fell deep into depression that i have never been before and haven't been able to come out of it since.
cheers for motivation m8, i gotta lose 2 kilos for next fight n every time i weigh myself even though i train like a monster im still same weightt, i eat too much though, today i counted 3950 calories looks like ima cut down
burpees have their place but for me the push pull enhances my individual expression of strength. some people would benefit more from burpees than the push pull. it all depends on your goals my bro!!!
There is merit to what you're saying as far as your transformation and fighting the hunger pains etc. However, what is also important is self compassion and working with systems not will power to achieve lasting changes. Also, while looking a certain way is a part of the goal, feeling should be emphasized more than how you want to look - loving yourself isn't skin deep, while looking good is a part of the process, whats more important is learning to love who you are with your imperfections and also emphasizing character.
Insecurities need to be rooted out on mental level - they stem from not having a healthy relationship with yourself - improving how you look is only a part of the process - learning to recognise your own uniqueness is an important aspect as well. Comparison is part of the problem- if ones motivations to transform go beyond wanting to look a certain to wanting to live and show up in life with more clarity, vitality that goes a long way for making a commitment.
Bro I’ve been on my journey for about a good 2 months now, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting but not seeing results as much. What kinda diet do you consume threw out a day?
mostly meat. steak, bacon, ground beef. occasioanlly i'll have some chicken or duck. i'll also eat fruits. mainly banansa and i'll drizzle honey all over
@@tramos-eq5gh during this 9 month transformation, it was non. well only bananas but 1-2, about 2-3x per week. as far as starches, grains and veggies, non. straight carnivore with a little bit of fruit
