I keep going back to this one when I want a short workout that is really full on! I love the fact that there is no rest in-between the different moves, this way I can get my heart rate up and make sure I get the benefits of a cardio workout. The arms section is my favorite of all your workouts, as I am massively into "planks"! And to think that I used to hate them....but thanks to you, Desiree, now I love them!

Loved this in the morning, there is little to no music so I can put my own on if I want and the audio of her talking is clear and good. They also don't waste time showing you how to do the exercises before the actual reps. Might add this into my morning routine.

Dear Désirée, when i'd just begun six months ago, i couldn't even make one single reverse table top though i do a lot of strengh training/workout. Today i finish this 30 mns video rather confortably (still have to do many many hours for legs' works, too stiff 😜) . Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, your lovely smile. Keep stay safe. I use this channel to exercise without a gym and get my legs stronger. It never ever disappoints. Have done at least 3 of these a week for about 6 weeks. Not at all over it and appreciate the variety of content as well as drilling down on basic principles. Thanks a lot for putting these together. Desiree! I found your videos back at the beginning of quarantine times when I was looking for ways to regain core strength at home. I am so very grateful I found your channel!
