Thank you! I picked up these cords in bulk a long time back. So I don't remember the size of it. In the video I did mention that the cord and bead you choose has to go hand in hand as the bead needs move up and down the cord firmly. The hole of the wooden bead I have is approximately 0.3 cms in diameter. Going by that the nylon cord should be half of that. But I do suggest you try both (bead and cord) before buying.

Hello Bhawna, Glad you find my videos useful. I have always fired my pieces in an electric kiln at a pottery studio. Its the safest and the results are as expected with least to zero amount of smoke or damage. I would not recommend firing clay at home. If you have access to a pottery studio or even local potters who make larger pots/ vases you can check with them if they can fire the pieces for you. They might oblige and do it for you at a nominal cost.

Hello! glad you tried this set. If you think your product is worth selling try getting a feedback on it first from people. Selling has its challenges but you can try social media. Regarding pricing the product , try to calculate based on the number of hours of work you have put in plus the material cost. But if you are a first time seller, get feedback from people on your work. You mentioned that "lack of finishing" - I am not sure what that means. Please make sure you sell only good quality products.

Based on the thickness of the cord you are using. I use a black cord of approx 3-4 mm in thickness. So the wooden bead hole size is around 4-5 mm. (Hole size, not the full bead)

I don't own a kiln so I take my pieces to a pottery studio close by and get it fired in an electric kiln there.

You can, the one I use is a black nylon cord 3-4mm in thickness. You can get these cords easily in fancy stores in India. You can look up Amazon India. The reason I use 3-4mm is coz of the size of the hole I make for my pieces. If the hole size is smaller in your beads and jewelry, you can also opt for a thinner cord

You can look up Clay Joy or Clay Station in Bangalore. Both are pottery studios in Bangalore. Both studios sell clay and provide firing facilities.
