Superb.I made it before five year in a plain manner and make a hole in centre. Then I prepared and send it to my friend sister.you put a design. This is useful for me.
I use a black nylon cord 3-4mm in most of jewellery. I use a ball point pen refill to put a hole for most of my beads. If it's for a gear wire assembling I use a needle tool or a head pin to put a hole.
hi Neha..i am doing terra cotta beads as my hobby. I've got one concern, during firing/baking (using charcoal) some beads especially larger ones sometimes are exploding... what should I do to avoid it. Thank you
Hello! You can try kneading and wedging the clay before making the beads. That helps get rid of any air pockets which might be causing the beads to explode in the kiln.
@@gsamanjrboko9495 thank you! I take it to a pottery studio close by and get it fired in their electric kiln. I don't do it at home, so I won't be able to put a video on that.
I don't buy a lot tools online. I pick it from different stores. Some in India and some here in the US. I have provided links to some of the in the description box of this video. ua-cam.com/video/xE-w1cTsZDE/v-deo.html
Hi mam for this bead how much amount of clay have you taken bcoz I did this but that curve part not come perfectly. Same bead u did ascending pattern neck set can you pls share the size of the clay mam thanks in advance
Hi Seetha, you can try taking the 7th or 8th one in the jhumka mold. This can be the center bead. Then you can go for the 6th and then the 5th if you want to create a descending order necklace.
