The passenger side tail light being misaligned with the tailgate light is what got me. On a one-off show car intended to introduce your car to the world, that's what you are okay with!?
Other than a very few design mods I’d make, one being to align the side badging with the top of headlight, this is really quite a handsome design. I thought the prior gen was attractive but Lincoln somehow upped the ante. Bravo to the design team.
Agreed, altho I would move that badging even higher and place it on the hood in line with the door handles. The dash display could be reduced in size to where the clock section ends IMO. I used to own a MKX, this might get me back into one in a few years.

After looking at more and more videos of it, I really like the exterior. I think it's Lincoln's best. The roof is not quite as sloped as the Aviator, avoiding the corny wagon look side profile of the Aviator. The interior however is still something I think most buyers will either love or hate......instantly. Have you ever reviewed a car that doesn't have a solid sounding thunk when you close the door?
Yea, I went to the comments to see if anyone else thought they took the screens too far. It looks too busy. Surprised more people didn’t have that reaction.
This SUV is absolutely gorgeous! I understand this is a pre-production car, but I hope Lincoln sorts out some panel fitment issues soon before the start of the production.
They won't, this is standard on current cars. Nautilus and Aviator both have terrible hoods that move at speeds because of the wind only, and terrible latches. They stick on plenty plastic things onto the sides of their cars, and often these aren't properly fitted either,
That's just terrible. In today's access to better tech in build processes, plus the amount of money they charge for the vehicles, they really need to improve on quality.
If my original aviator ever croaks on me, I might consider giving the newer Lincolns a try. They seem to stand out more than anything else on the car market ,as of this moment.
For some people making guesses about the motor. It has been developed by VW's components division (that has been making electric motors for ten years). It will be made by the same division. 550 in the motor's name is the maximum torque of 550 Nm. The actual torque will vary somewhat depending on the specific vehicle. VW released information about this motor to the media in early April. The press release does not provide a specific percentage of the improved energy efficiency.
I'm a Toyota person; mostly because of they are early introducers of new technology. But having said that, I'm looking forward to testing the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. Their interior and exterior design and execution are elegant. It looks great. I only wish that the Lincoln -- all Lincolns -- had the digital rear view mirror which allows the driver to have different looks of what is behind you; wide screen, normal, close up, etc. Then if they went further, it would also be great if their side mirrors were also digital and would automatically give you a wide screen view when the turn signal was activated; thus eliminating the blind spot.
There's more. From the digital rear view mirror they could also add imminent collision warning if a car suddenly cuts in front, or an alert pops up that traffic has started to move again, along with an audio ping (in case you have been paying attention to your phone while waiting for cars to start moving again). This is all part of giving the driver a constant Situational Awareness status. On 95 North in northern Virginia with 5 lanes open in each direction and it's bumper to bumper at 75 mph, you have to have your A Game on to avoid an accident! Personally, I drive in the most right hand lane so that I don't have to worry about who is coming up on my right.
Given that the Navigator is due for a redesign in the same year, and the fact that there are zero prototypes have been spotted, I’m predicting a pretty gigantic departure from the current one. We aren’t even able to see it in camo, leading me to believe that the whole interior and exterior are radically different and they want this to be a huge surprise.
great review! determined to keep my '07 Lexus until more of these newbies are out! Hard to choose, but Lincoln looks like they hit one out of the park with this one!
I'm truly impressed with the revamp, interior and exterior! Love the two-tone exterior colors. Very unexpected coming from Lincoln! I just wouldn't want to be a first (or maybe even second) year owner, that's a lot of new tech so I expect many teething issues. Still, great job Lincoln!
They do that to save money, adding black gloss paint + piano black plastic reduces the overall material costs. Painting the entire car in a pearl or metallic paint is more costly for the car brand.

The x5 is still better than the Nautilus but the nautilus is so much better than the RX
@@naveenthemachine NAUTILUS CANT EVEN COME CLOSE TO The RX And NOT EVEN IN DREAMS. NAVEENTHEMACHINE STOP THIS FAILED COPY PASTE COMMENT TROLLING .You Dont KNOW WHAT You ARE TALKING ABOUT .😂.SERIOUSLY DUDE
@@joecrash1232 the RX uses injection molded plastics throughout the interior. If you think just using injection molded plastics is high quality why not say a corolla is better quality than say a bmw 3 series since both are compact sedans?
After looking at more and more videos of it, I really like the exterior. I think it's Lincoln's best. The roof is not quite as sloped as the Aviator, avoiding the corny wagon look side profile of the Aviator. The interior however is still something I think most buyers will either love or hate......instantly. Have you ever reviewed a car that doesn't have a solid sounding thunk when you close the door?
Sofyan, I totally want you to do a video on how you got into reviewing cars!
Beautiful new design
Wow. This car is gorgeous inside and outside. I don’t think it needs the second screen though. The side to side one should be enough.
They will. I have seen many many current gen Aviators, Navigators and Corsairs, the panel work on the actual models is sublime.
First time i have been excited about a Lincoln since the continental came back.
WOW Lincoln is stepping up their game! Good job!
Waiting for my new 2024 Nautilus next year. Can't wait
This truck is gorgeous! That Strawberry interior is definitely a game changer ❤
Man the new Lincoln’s with this interior will finally compete and be worth the high price tag.
I would NEVER pay over 50k for a Lincoln
Absolutely Beautiful and Wayyyyyy out of my Price Range!! Hi Tech Galore!!
Built in China, exported to the US. Ford should be so proud. I hope this car does as well as the Edsel.
Lincoln DiD a Nice Nice Job SUV Lincoln Nailed this Designed!!! Nice Vehicles
If my original aviator ever croaks on me, I might consider giving the newer Lincolns a try.
They seem to stand out more than anything else on the car market ,as of this moment.
camera transition and zooming is awesome.
Imagine what the aviator 2024 revamped will look like..
Wow, this interior looks amazing
I wish it was made in Japan .I will order it right way but I am not willing to risk 65k on made in China 🤣
Imagine this interior in the Navigator. Looks like Lincoln is ready to reclaim its throne in the full size SUV market.
That navigator from what I'm hearing it's going to have the same style something with the Aviator
Nice review Sofiyan! This is a beautiful car
Wow I don’t even like Lincoln vehicles because I’ve always felt Lincoln is never one for enough… But my god this is a beautiful vehicle
Great review as usual! That red one looks D-li- shuss!! Way to go Lincoln!!
As a 23’ Lexus owner I’m Wowed first time, I actually like their design ethos.
That interior is crazy
This car is absolutely stunning ! Avant garde design language!
Every single car has a full width tail lamp now. Many are doing the full width day time running light as well. They just follow each other.
Black roof = very hot in the summer. Why is black the goto for everything on the outside and inside?
They do that to save money, adding black gloss paint + piano black plastic reduces the overall material costs. Painting the entire car in a pearl or metallic paint is more costly for the car brand.
@@PaulTC97 Possibly. But, I would say offhand that the savings would be very small. But, then automakers make strange choices to save a nickel.
OMFG that's The interior. Smokin
I love this redesign
Not going to lie this looks better than any comparable suv from Lexus Acura Infiniti bmw and Mercedes
A bunch of 65 year olds are about to be trying to figure out how to use all of those screens while driving 😂
