95 hours for my first run, I'm pleased to see I discovered a speedrun strat on my own because I nabbed a deathfog crate from Arx sewers and used it on lucian in the final fight. it was soooo funny seeing a literal god just die in one turn. I just started the game for the first time a few days back, and I am in reaper’s coast after about ~13 hours or so. Watching this makes me realize I have a ways to go
Took me 165 hours to finish this... Im sort of speechless after watching this. I understand that a huge number of people have played this game so little glitches and tricks can be learned, but I just dont see how anyone, even with a million players, could have figured out some of these teleportation tricks... that one at 29:35.. what the hell?! Im impressed, dont get me wrong, its just that I dont know how its possible.
Once you find the glitches, it's a matter of exploring the entire game to look for their best application. The one you linked looks rather silly, but it's super simple. You just throw a pyramid into the space between levels, teleport to it, then the game's pathfinding automatically makes you walk to the nearest pathable area. It's coincidence that these two locations are right next to each other.
Is this on normal difficulty? I always played at hard and I'm blown away at how weak the enemies are in this video. On hard Loshe wouldn't have survived a single turn against those crocodiles. On another note, very impressive technical, memory and puzzle solving skills. This speed run was very entertaining to watch!
Beaten the game twice now. First time with 2 friends where we picked always the fight you way through. It was a glorious mess. Second time alone and very very picky in every option. But probably not right before Divinity Original Sin 3 one time will be released. You beat this game at 30min.

Local Skeleton Attains Divinity by Throwing Pyramids Around
It looks like you are using some glitch to duplicate your barrels of deathfog, quicksaving at some particular point. How exactly does that work?
I dunno. It seems the game snapshots the layout of the ship when you quicksave on it, and loads that snapshot in the next act. Something like that.
