The Doctor hasn't always been the 'good guy' since episode two when Ian had to stop him from bashing a guys head in with a rock. Technically he's an 'anti-hero'..wants to do good, but has issues.

Background music drowns out the dialogue. So loud it ruins the montage and makes it irritating. I quit 3/4 way through because its so obnoxious
