Thank you for the video. The builder on our home installed the mounting plate over osb, solid surface and lip of fiberglass drop in tub. The threads on the rough in spout were then too short so it created a leak underneath the spout. 🫣 We had to drill a wider hole from beneath to shorten the length to allow for faucet and spout rough ins to attach to trim kit and spout neck. 😤
When putting on the Delta Lahara deck mounted Roman tub faucet handles, what would cause the water to not turn off all the way even though the resistance is correct? Both the hot and the cold will not shut completely off. This is a new from the box kit with the shower handle too.
That can happen in the water pressure is too high. or something is stuck in it(dirt,sand). Or something tore the seats? Take the handles off and see if you can get it to stop.
