    Meg great exercise for today. I do those exercise at Sliver Sneaker class when I'm Y.It feel good to do them again. The teaches the class at does you bend over she weights bye her leg and then row and kick back and she both arm and after that she bend her arm at and kick about 10 of kick back . I'm forward to tomorrow exercise I will weight ready for tomorrow class OK.The it looks like I be doing you exercise on rebound because I have problem with you tube it keep saying error . I looking forward to tour exercise. I'm watching you from Port Charlotte,FL
