WOW that was amazing!! Will definitely play again and again!! Last week I went to a Sound Bath for the 1st time. I found it different but good- I seem to connect with certain sounds. Then when I was looking for something to relax to I discovered this when searching Sound Bath on utube - I just felt connected and got so much benefit when hearing AND feeling all the sounds vibrating through me! I'm at that age- the Menapause age - and I feel this will help me relax, zone out of the daily routine of the day, of life, of everything and the busyness in my head and around me. WOW that was amazing!! Will definitely play again and again!! Last week I went to a Sound Bath for the 1st time. I found it different but good- I seem to connect with certain sounds. Then when I was looking for something to relax to I discovered this when searching Sound Bath on utube - I just felt connected and got so much benefit when hearing AND feeling all the sounds vibrating through me! I'm at that age- the Menapause age - and I feel this will help me relax, zone out of the daily routine of the day, of life, of everything and the busyness in my head and around me.
