    At the beginning of this year I set the goal for myself to get the straddle planche in 6 months. And here it is guys :)
    I hope that I can inspire some of you that a lot is achieveable if you stay consistent and work hard enough!
    Let me know what you think about it and if you would like to see another video in which I will describe everything that I did to get where I am today!

      Hi Man, no one has a video showing a program. All videos shows exercises. Could you explain that part? I dont know ho many days to leave the tendons rest! THANKS FOR THE VIDEO

      its all about leaning,trust me focus on that with perfect protraction & some hand stand leg raises for lower back & little bit core.

    Mooie progressie dat het niet perfect is kan aan gewerkt worden hè. Is ook een moeilijke controle. Ik ben wel eens benieuwd naar hoe je training eruit ziet naar planche toe.

    please share the whole journey in detail in a series of videos, your timings, all exercises, te different techniques, support (if you took any), the rest days, how many days you took off etc, etc

    Amazing progress! Currently I am working on a handstand and press into a handstand (leaning forward, bending the elbows, lifting up my legs slowly and than press up). Can you make a video about that move? I think this move has a lot of benefits for training the shoulder strength needed for straddle planche as well, isn't it? Thanks again for the outstanding motivation and congrats with your quick progress!!!

    sorry for about that, but u did u tutorial for a plance, but u have bend arms, so wrong way, and bad form, i do planche too, but better and without bend arms
