    Gabo! You're killing it with these tutorials. With almost everything I practice I like to educate myself first on proper form, but especially with the L-Sit there seems to be variations/disagreements as to whether to straighten the body (like an L) or lean forward. Your explanation made perfect sense - now I will practice both positions as well as work on my flexibility as that's what I'm lacking in :) Thanks again for this video and for all the work you're putting into your channel.

    I started calisthenics last year, i could do 5-10 pullups and 50 pushups in 1 minute. Now i can do 30 pullups, 80 pushups in 1 minute, 13 muscle ups, every pushup variation for hug reps and finally learning planche i can planche tuck for 30 seconds

      update?

    • @pi286
      @pi286 11 місяців тому

      Not going to lie....started doing handstand pushups (record of 5) then got into rockclimbing and didnt do calisthenics... then injured my finger rockclimbing 3 years later (last year). So I stopped climbing/calisthenics and got a gym membership.... 6 months later I gained 13 lbs and was lifting some decent weight for my weight.
      I stopped going to gym in the winter (I snowboard ALOT) which sparked some kind of painful reaction in my shoulders to the point I could not take my shirt off..
      Fast forward 6 months later today, after doing mobility exercises on my shoulders I am canceling my gym membership soon and buying a beautiful calisthenics rack to put in the backyard.
      I am 28 years old now and my shoulder is almost back to being new... The gym destroyed me because I did not do mobility exercises. My legs are so much stronger from climbing I can do 15 pistol squats, I can also squat 225 now clean.

    • @pi286
      @pi286 8 місяців тому

      Its been 5 years. I cant do 30 pullups anymore due to injury atm. (Gained 20 lbs sincem still shredded tho) My shoulder is injured too so I just rock climb now. Once my shoulder is healed I will start calisthenics again. @@rajivyasan-wi7ge To increase pullups just do weighted pullups, Dips and muscle ups. Add weight when you need. Train hard. Do mucleups till failure everyday. Eat good food.
