    When you do hspu facing the wall, going to failure and you fail with your head on the ground .. What do you do to get back on your feet please? Front roll, knees to chest, fall sideways, rest until you can do one more rep to walk walk down?... I want to try this but would like to have an exit plan!

      Mostly fall sideways haha :P but I mostly noticed when I'm hitting the last failure rep, so right before that I stop

    vlug vraagje. Welke camera en statief gebruiken jullie om te filmen in de gym. ik gebruik momenteel de canon G7X, maar dankzij de slechte verlichting in de sportschool krijg ik slechte footage. plus mensen vinden het vervelend als ik film in de sportschool. voor de planche en de front lever wil ik graag de tijd dat ik de statische positie vasthoudt filmen. hopelijk kunnen jullie mijn vragen beantwoorden.

    Do any of you guys experience forearm splints doing planche work?

      Hey man! No not really. I do feel lots of stress in my forarm when releasing the hold, but I think I just need to get used to it!

    If i do every day tucked planche until fail will be able in 2 months to do a stradle?

      that's not like that.. You have to show your body what you want. If you do tucked planche during a year without even trying the straddle in between, you won't get it. Take at least one day per week in order to try the straddle planche, even if it's HORRIBLE. The others days you can stregthen your muscle, do progressions etc..

    Going to failure and giving a fuck about technique isn't the best way to train
