Bruh excellent progress video you are motivating me to work harder on my front lever. I am currently comfortable with advanced tuck and want to improve
Please have a front lever video! I really enjoyed the planche video and I plan on doing the same combination that you did. Really helpful and motivating!
What a great vid guys. Loved everything about it. Very inspiring and love that you made that dude so welcome. Total respect and ... now I need to learn the front lever and planche and all of it!? 👏👏👏😁
Amazing! Im currently on the flat back/straddle level. I've been training for the fl since april; your video gave me fucking much motivation to keep seeking my full fl! Tnx a lot
Yes, please do a tutorial🙏 Btw, amazing progress Michael, amazing to see you learning these skills so fast😵 would love to have that haha😜 Keep it up bro's🙏
Man, I’ve got a problem, I can hold the One Leg for 8 seconds with perfect form, but when I try with the other leg I can’t even hold it for one second! What should I do?
I had the EXACT same problem mate! You need to open your hips! So you need to go back to the advanced tuck variation and try to bring your knees furhter away from the bar like I do in the video!
I could do back lever easily, but front lever is a tough cookies.. can't even hold front tuck version for 20 second... OMFG...! Each skill is a different beast.
Love your videos!!! I'm currently training handstand (4 Months now decent holds) and V-Sit (4 Months 4 sec hold in like 60 degrees angle) But my question is: Should I start learning the MU first or the Front Lever?
During the first year we both (Michael & Yannick) focussed on the Muscle up, the Handstand and the Backlever. After 1 / 1.5 year I started on the frontlever and planche!
Hell yeah dude you'll get it! I've been doing calisthenics for 11 months myself. My training's focus has been handstands so I can swap between L-Sit & Handstand back and forth already, but I'm awful at muscle ups. So in my opinion there's no level you "should be at", it's a matter of what you've put your time into. I personally just want to specialize at handstands and planche so while I train everything else, I don't as much as those two components.
Nice video...I can hang leg raise, tuck hold & 1-leg front lever, right now...can't really hold both feet in the front lever. Still practicing though. I need to practice it more frequently. I like how U come down slow from on top of the bar, I dont think I can do that, I will try it today. Anyway, any video breaking down the front lever, from start to finish will be helpful.
Going down from top of the bar is a good idea, because you are practicing a negative muscle up at the same time. I will do this also when i practice front lever, great video.
Nice video again very good quality you Guys deserve way more subscribers when you started training front lever was your only training excercise the tuck front lever hold or did you do more progression excercices
Thanks so much Stan! Yes at first I started with the tucked hold but as I trained I noticed that the core muscles needed more attention so I implemented lots of static core exercises!
Also, can U do fat burning rountine??? I need to lose, this belly...my diet has been decent over the pass year...with couple of hiccups along the way, but I'm doing ok...
don,t you get any type of injury while doing all these, i got my shoulders injured while practicing progressions for human flag, what would you like to suggest us on this.
@@street-workoutnation2964 I could do a maximum of 20 pull ups when I started training on it so I already had a pretty solid base, and no I am not lying, I could hold a 10 sec front lever in a month and 15 sec in two months, now I'm stalling as the progress is fast at the beginning and slower towards the end. My max is currently 17 even tho it's been 6 months I can front lever now
@@street-workoutnation2964 I did a lot of dragon flags, resistance band holds and tuck holds, trained 3 times a week only on the front lever, I don't now why it's so hard to believe it's not like I said I got it in a week

Great progress man, just shows how much hard work pays off. Can't wait until I hit my full backlever. #thegrind
Just made it to a three second flat back hold!
Edit: now at a 4 sec front lever hold with decent form

Wait so what type of workout do you mainly focus on for this besides tucks, one leg and straddle
Man, I’ve got a problem, I can hold the One Leg for 8 seconds with perfect form, but when I try with the other leg I can’t even hold it for one second! What should I do?

one leg is not very helpful checkout artem morozov vid
True! That's something I learned during my journey as well. Like I said. You need to open the hips piece by piece
!
@@hodenbacke55555 One leg is helpful if you do it correctly. The correct one is more like an advanced tuck but you bring one leg out.
Clean work bro!

nice one mate
Im at my sec month, guess I need 3+ more months until I can do a full FL
what skills/moves did you learn in your 1st year of calisrhenics?
i can only do an L sit on the ground, muscle up, pullover.
im learnin to hanstand
During the first year we both (Michael & Yannick) focussed on the Muscle up, the Handstand and the Backlever. After 1 / 1.5 year I started on the frontlever and planche!

Awesome video! Have you had your bodyfat level measured by DEXA scan? I bet your body fat is super low!
No never.. I will do one day ;)
Make sure you do it before your body fat gets any higher!
Great video, two questions tho 2:43 (one legged fl) and 3:11 is also one legged fl but the knew is more near the body. Which one is the one legged FL?
One legged FL is the one where one leg is extended all the way and the other one is in an advanced tuck position!
i hope you will work to get and show the perfect form of PL and FL....
awsome bro jsut pls show as how did u train for the frontlever
