i just got my full front lever 3seconds hold! its worth it but ill aim for more...good form and longer hold....thank youuu soo much calisthenics family! the dragonflag helps alot
In your planche workout video you mention that you superset your front lever and your planche workout together on your skill days. if so, will you make a video showing how you combine the front lever and the planche in one workout? Thanks a lot love from Canada
I was stuck in adv fl and couldn't go to straddle i got depressed and angry most of the time I saw this video 7 months ago and i used your routine and saw some progress within some months and now i have come back to where it all started and wanted to thank you. Now i can do full front lever hold for 6 sec and currently progressing💪
Wow, great to hear bro! Amazing progress 💪💪💪 Do you have any footage of your progress? If you want you can send it to info@calisthenics-family.com so we can re-post it!
Yes we will do a bend-arm workout video and also do a press to handstand tutorial in the future :) Just keep up to date with our socials. Follwo us on Instagram: @Calisthenics_family
Great video, i will definitely use your advice for my training, i'm almost 3 months in and the first results are showing, the only problem is that i'm starting a bit overweight (87 kg and 186 cms), but i think is better starting heavier so that in the future it will only be easier Cheers from Italy
What I'd like to ask you is how do you implement training for Planche, FL, BL and HS in one training session if you're doing 2 statics, 3 dynamics and core work in every session for just one move?
Exactly what I was thinking ... so if he does 8 exercices for each skill in one day it's 32 exercices and 96 sets all in one day (can't even think of the number of reps). I know he's strong but well ...
He bro! It's not that I train the fl, bl, pl & handstand always in the same workout. Most of the time I pick 2 skills for one session! So as I said in previous videos. In the last 6 months I mostly have been doing the Planche & the Frontlever and I actualy start my workouts as a warm up with some handstand practise for just 15 minutes;)
You did a great tutorial, im gonna folow along your routine😊💪💪 come check my progress on front lever and other calisthenics moves💪😀!! Keep up a great work dude!! You are greatt
Wow really detailed Video. Really good. I think im really close to hold the full frontlever. But with this inspiration I guess I can hold the frontlever much faster. :-) Thank you
great video and very usefull! Could you make a video in wich you explain your strengh trainig and how to progress in weighted calisthenics in these trainings??
Top quality as always ;). Zelf knal ik vaak een straight arm lat pulldown op de machine erbij om maximaal de lats te stressen. Blijkbaar helpt het niet genoeg ;p.
I am confused so monday only frontlever static holds like staying in the same position then Thursday is negetives up to down ?? What about down to up ???
marcel chalobah it is possible to gain leg muscles with Calisthenics. Maybe it's harder than with weights, but it is possible. 😅 But it's definitely true that you can gain MORE with weights 😅
is that even supposed to be a front lever? Looks more like an lsit... please don't think you can make tutorials and train people when you can't even hold a full frontlever
Thanks Pigi! We think thousands of clients that we've coached (with great results) disagree but we'll definitely write down this constructive feedback. Have a great day 💪💪💪

Hele goede guide! Zou je ook een video kunnen maken voor je backlever training methode?
What I'd like to ask you is how do you implement training for Planche, FL, BL and HS in one training session if you're doing 2 statics, 3 dynamics and core work in every session for just one move?

Why did u do the static core excercises on the day you were training Dynamics¹????

Rest times?
how did you achieve dragon flag?
video on legs, i like calisthenics but i feel you can't gains compared to weight training
marcel chalobah that isn't true haha 😅
how am i wrong?
marcel chalobah it is possible to gain leg muscles with Calisthenics.
Maybe it's harder than with weights, but it is possible. 😅
But it's definitely true that you can gain MORE with weights 😅
nah i disagree you will be limited, no added weight for leg exercise pure calisthenics. make a video train a friend
marcel chalobah I didn't say that you're not limited :D
That's definitely true
what is the defference between frontlever raises and ice cream makers?
With a frontlever raise your starting point is a deadhang. With a Icecream maker your starting point is the frontlever ;)
Music please 🔥
💪🔥🔥
Hell yeah!
How come 6 months? It should take less than that i think
It could take you less time! This was my personal journey 💪💪💪
@@CalisthenicsFamily then it will take me several years 😁

It's not an L-sit but even a front lever, there aren't the correct activations. The shoulders are too close and lumbars are low
@@andreh_xxvii André perché mi contraddici è storto e basta porcoddio 😂
@@pigi_sw5972 peggio treglia però
of course he is exaggerating when he says L sit but yh its not a front lever . rly bad form

Hell yeahh!
