    In your planche workout video you mention that you superset your front lever and your planche workout together on your skill days. if so, will you make a video showing how you combine the front lever and the planche in one workout?
    Thanks a lot

    Great video, i will definitely use your advice for my training, i'm almost 3 months in and the first results are showing, the only problem is that i'm starting a bit overweight (87 kg and 186 cms), but i think is better starting heavier so that in the future it will only be easier
    Cheers from Italy

    What I'd like to ask you is how do you implement training for Planche, FL, BL and HS in one training session if you're doing 2 statics, 3 dynamics and core work in every session for just one move?

    • @jntn9965
      @jntn9965 6 років тому +1

      Exactly what I was thinking ... so if he does 8 exercices for each skill in one day it's 32 exercices and 96 sets all in one day (can't even think of the number of reps). I know he's strong but well ...

    • @CalisthenicsFamily
      @CalisthenicsFamily  6 років тому

      He bro! It's not that I train the fl, bl, pl & handstand always in the same workout. Most of the time I pick 2 skills for one session! So as I said in previous videos. In the last 6 months I mostly have been doing the Planche & the Frontlever and I actualy start my workouts as a warm up with some handstand practise for just 15 minutes;)

    • @CalisthenicsFamily
      @CalisthenicsFamily  6 років тому +3

      haha that would be a little too much :P Mostly I pick 2 skils and I superset the exercises which saves me a lot time ;)

      marcel chalobah it is possible to gain leg muscles with Calisthenics.
      Maybe it's harder than with weights, but it is possible. 😅
      But it's definitely true that you can gain MORE with weights 😅
