    Hi sir... Congratulations for your new trophy.
    Sir I have been doing Gym more than 1 year, I have not taken any whey protein so far (because a lot of humour hear about the fakeness of the product in indian market, so I do not have any idea which product is good or bad), could you please suggest any whey protein as a source of protein.
