Sir this 40-50 min series helped me in pushing my limits.... Earlier by watching 5-8 min video we don't know the real mindset of professional bodybuilder..... Now when I reached to failure then your workout to push 1 rep comes in mind and I attain my target reps. With failure.
I have been working out for quite some time now but never ever I felt so good after exercise. I got good pump for both biceps and triceps after workout and no feeling of wearing muscle out. Thanks for good and useful information. I think I got my mentor now 🙂 keep up the good work.
