- This condensate pump kept flooding the cupboard, upon inspection the pump itself was working fine, but was installed incorrectly which required figuring out a bit of wiring!

doesn't Vaillant have that 'burner off' thing where the condense connects to? All good giving the pump a perm supply but it wont stop the boiler if the pump malfucntions.
Not on this model I'm afraid, I believe it's only on the newer style ones
