Most devices have blue blocking modes or apps. Night Light, Nightshift, f.lux, etc. Before I used blue block on my devices, I had massive issues falling asleep. I really don't like the podcaster amber glasses, so that's a great option for me.
Hi Richard, just found you through No carb life podcast, I think you're amazing, I'm very new in carnivore I came in due my health issues (RA), also life long athlete and vegetarian. Look where it brought me😢😅. Looking forward learning from you, I'm your new subcriber! Best of luck and thank you for amazing job you're doing.
I would think the biggest problem of artificial v nature light is s balance of the light spectrum which as you explained with some of the benefits of the other lights
I wake up before dawn, walk barefoot on wet grass, out to a hot tub, and remain there for around forty minutes to gain daylight early during the near infra red time. Before it gets very light, I can turn on 3o red LEDs that line the rim just below waterline. I am wondering about the wavelengths of light. Am I getting any NIR from them, as well as from the often cloudy/misty early morning light exposure?
Excellent video. Thank you.
Thank you guys! Always amazing content!❤
So insightful, thoroughly enjoyed, what a duo
Great conversation. Fascinating discussion about blue and red light

I eat a full array of animal based foods, but am struggling to hit my vitamin E levels without supplementing. How do carnivores manage this?
Brilliant...can you do a deep dive into cholesterol on low carb/ carnivore way of eating
