Now is the 4th week and I completed everything with added weight and could even do another set! I DEFINITELY felt this. One suggestion. When you say "squeeze," tell which muscle(s) to squeeze--butt, abs, thigh, ? I probably should know, but I don't always. Pretty hard workout for me. My legs and butt are whining.Thank you or your workouts!

Strength training + Cardio is the most effective way for fat lost. Rather than just steady pace running, try high intensity interval running. So run at a fast speed for 1-min, recover, then increase the speed again, the following minute and keep alternating for 10 - 15mins. It'll tire you out fast and you'll burn more calories in a short period of time compared to steady paced running. 😁

unfortunately I really couldn't get into this workout because of the insane number of adverts throughout! had to stop at least five times and that was just in the first half. would be much better to simply put adverts in the one minute break so that it doesn't disrupt the routine.
I like your videos and everything and anything but how it happens when you do all these crazy workouts but you do not have a single piece of butt? Like how? Thats insane. Is it too much cardio? Do you run? Or is it just some people are not destined to have a butt? Does that happen? What?

The squat abductors after single leg lunges were such a killer! I could hardly stay down. But a great great sweaty workout. Loved it.
